I am the Founder CEO of CLT India, a non-profit in the Education Technology sector

We wanted PACE Wisdom to develop a mobile APP for teachers and students to access our curricula-aligned STEM content. This was a unique proposition for the under-served communities to access content on their regional languages on an affordable platform.

How did you select Pace Wisdom Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

We did a lot of research to identify a partner that had integrity, expertise, good team and execution. We shortlisted from 5.

We had a series of meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. We provided their team with wireframes and designs. They delivered the Beta version of the Android apps on the projected date. They incorporated our feedback, changes in UI, payment gateway modifications and Push Notification features and delivered the revised version.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Outcome of the project -Bug free app with reduced loading speeds . -Increased number of downloads & improved search results on Google Playstore. -Improved usage experience for all users.

The project was extremely well streamlined from projections of cost for each deliverable to timelines, testing and delivery.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This mobile APP was for first generation technology users. We needed to do many trials and start all over again for some components. We were totally impressed with the team's patience and rigor they had set to do things right.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

PACE Wisdom was very transparent and meticulous in letting us know about the cost for each phase. Because, we are a non-profit, we still found it challenging at times. I appreciated their cooperation in phasing it out to help us manage the expenditure. I find their services extremely professional from the top management to every single team member that has worked with us.

I am the Product Manager at the AgriApp Technologies Pvt Ltd head office is located at Doddaballapur. 

AgriApp is an Android-based mobile application. It provides complete information on Crop Production, Crop Protection, smart farming with agriculture, and allied services. In addition to being an information portal, AgriApp is also an online marketplace for bringing in farmers, Agri input, retailers & fulfillment services on a common digital platform.

AgriApp powered by passionate professionals and dreams about making agriculture more sustainable, in terms of both ecology and economy, with the help of technology in a short time. This is an agriculture app for farmers that will be greatly beneficial to the farming community.

We had a plan the developing the application that should have to connect the farmers using IoT and Big data and connect all farmers digitally but we are not having the in house engineer team so we went to the 3rd party service providers there we found the Pacewisdom team and started working with them.

What were your goals for this project?

AgriApp goal is to fill the gap between farmers and accurate strategic Agricultural information. And also farmer needs to get all his information at his fingertips.

How did you select Pace Wisdom Solutions?

We were looking for someone who understands more than coding and brings perspectives of multiple items that matter to customer engagement. Also, we wanted a young team that is dynamic and willing to work with us on the dynamic project. After a few sitting with Pace Wisdom, we found them as suitable associates. It’s been 2014, we are going strong.

Once we selected the vendor we had a series of meetings to discuss our goals and plans, that they come with the SRS document after a few interactions and discussion with Our management team we finalized the design and provided our feedback the Pacewidom come with the wireframe for android app and concepts like Package of practice, crop calendar, news & videos, and m-commerce as app features for the front end and backend work and they stared the work on the after 6 months they come with the product and after many changes, we went live and the team continuing maintenance part of the app and web.

What was the team composition?

They assign to our project 5 members of the team 1 project manager, 1 senior developer for the back end development,1 android developer, 1 designer, and one QA person,

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After 6 months they have given the complete product and then we launched in the play store and the app got some crashes and they fixed the issue and now working properly and also we face a few backend issues that they solved after many discussion and meeting them over the call and F2F discussion.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication between the team was going through the mail and phone call and discussion, if the initial project manager is average and he will be understanding what we telling him putting that into his team, after changing the project manager not understanding what we telling getting confused with us and team that will be made the lot mistakes and eaten more time. And the project also delay. I would say the team an average workflow.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Pace wisdom is quick and agile. Their founders, especially Azzan, go all the way out to fix the issues like the owner. They are practical and deliver value for the project. We are a bootstrapped company and they understand our needs and budget. They actually come with options to choose in place of constraints with which we typically get overwhelmed. They are hungry, they are committed, they are design thinkers, they are impressive.

The team need to follow the deadlines and the project managers need to have knowledge of the project and convey the client requirement to the team

All of our suggestions has been dealt with and we are happy with the collaboration. Cost pressure is always a real thing, so we need to keep the process efficient and fees down.
