1 Project Synopsis ThanishqAgroProduct, a business specializing in the sale of various agricultural seeds to farmers, requires a comprehensive system to efficiently manage and log all transactional data. The new system will be a robust, user-friendly, and efficient solution designed to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy. It will feature five distinct modules: Travel, Cash Flow, Dispatch, Work Done, and Received. The Travel module will log and manage all travel-related data, while the Cash Flow module will monitor and manage the business's cash flow. The Dispatch module will handle the dispatch of agricultural seeds to customers, and the Work Done module will track all work performed by employees. Finally, the Received module will manage and log all received goods and payments. This system aims to improve overall efficiency, provide comprehensive reporting capabilities, and support better decisionmaking for ThanishqAgroProduct.

3 Scope of Work:


3.1 Travel Module:
Purpose: To log and manage all travel-related data for business operations.
Features:
   *Record travel details (date, destination, purpose, expenses).
   *Generate travel reports.
   *Track travel expenses against budget.


3.3 Dispatch Module:
Purpose: To manage the dispatch of agricultural seeds to customers.
Features:
* Record dispatch details (date, customer, product, quantity).
* Track dispatch status.
* Generate dispatch reports.
* Notify customers of dispatch status.

3.4 Work Done Module:
Purpose: To log and track all work done by employees.
Features:
* Record work details (date, employee, task, hours worked).
* Generate work done reports.
* Track employee productivity.

3.5 Received / Sent Module:
Purpose: To manage and log all received goods and payments.
Features: 
* Record details of received and sent goods (date, supplier, product, quantity). 
* Record payment receipts. 
* Generate received and sent goods and payments reports.

3.6 Excel Maintenance Option: The new application will require an option for users to maintain Excel files within the application.

3.7 Access Restrictions: Access to created user will be restricted to logged-in users only. Admins and other personnel should not have visibility into these.

Please Note: 
* All entries will be managed manually. 
* Admin will not be able to view the App Data. 
* One business owner will not be able to view the data and record of any other business owner.

4 Client Deliverables: 
* Any third-party API / Component cost will be borne by Client 
* Google Play Store Account will be given by Client

There’s very little to improve. Maybe they could expand their post-launch support packages, but during the project itself, they delivered everything we asked for and more. We felt supported throughout the entire project and would gladly work with them again.
