Michael, our primary account manager, was very responsive. I get the sense that ColorJar is a relatively small agency which enables them to provide a high level of personal touch in terms of communication and account management. During the work-heavy parts of the project, it wasn’t uncommon for us to communicate via email multiple times a day. We contacted ColorJar via phone and email as issues and questions arose.
