While we did not need to leverage this, Simform also had a dedicated Customer Success resource that we could leverage if we were unable to address these gaps directly with our assigned resource.

He did a great job checking in with me along the way and making sure I was heard through the process. They were a great team! Simform is a well-oiled machine. We have close communication through Microsoft Teams, where we have regular and emergency channels. We speak probably four days a week and also use a project management platform, although I don’t recall the name.
