In terms of scheduling, we had a meeting once a week, but they were very flexible about rescheduling. We’re not very tech-savvy, but they worked to talk us through exactly what was going on in a language we could understand. Everything went swimmingly. They gave us every tool to communicate with them and were always available to us.
