I'm the co-founder of BiopharmaWatch, a data intelligence platform that aggregates and analyzes global biopharma information, providing real-time regulatory, clinical, and market insights to help investors and professionals make informed decisions in the life sciences sector.

We hired ACRAVIO to build our platform from idea validation to a complete market-fit product.

What was the scope of their involvement?
ACRAVIO has developed the platform's front- and backend and provides ongoing IT support. For the backend, they've used MongoDB through our VPS. Regarding the frontend, they've done the SEO along with building the product.
What is the team composition?
We've worked with two teammates from ACRAVIO.
How did you come to work with ACRAVIO?
We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in February 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
ACRAVIO has worked in JIRA-based sprints. In terms of the timeline, they've helped us map the project properly and reduce the length of new feature launches. For example, we expected it would take around four months to complete the core feature of one of our main tools, Catalyst Sync, and they've done it within 2.5 months, including testing.
How did ACRAVIO perform from a project management standpoint?
They've delivered on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and a messaging app.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I like that their team understands the core topic of our product, so they're not just an IT support team but a product management team that really helps shape the whole project.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, so far, everything has been good. I'm very satisfied.
