Horizon Storage Group is a privately owned and operated real estate development and holding company specializing in class-A, industry leading self storage facilities nationwide. Horizon Storage Group has evaluated hundreds of potential development sites to identify strategic sites within high growth markets that benefit from optimal demographics, excess customer demand, limited supply, strong market rental rates, favorable real estate tax environments, prime frontage, and an attractive land basis. Focus continues to be on medium sized growing cities in the south east and opportunistically in other development friendly states.
