Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the director of procurement for ignets, a telecommunications company. We provide high-capacity fiber network and Layer 1 connectivity solutions, including wavelength services, dedicated fiber, and internet access. We serve enterprises and service providers with scalable, low-latency bandwidth across global metro, long-haul, and international routes.

What challenge were you trying to address with awantrix?

We needed help with a client's retail network infrastructure.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

awantrix installed an on-site business phone VOIP system, replaced Verizon POTS lines, and provided dedicated internet fiber access. Currently, we're asking them if they can help with a dental office's business phone system.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from awantrix.

We found them through a referral and the Clutch site. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, and their company values aligned with ours.

We worked together from November 2025–January 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our client is happy, and the site is running. awantrix's work resulted in faster installation and time and cost savings. Overall, we saved $1,200.

How did awantrix perform from a project management standpoint?

awantrix did a good job with project management, and the price was right. They delivered on time. We primarily communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and a messaging app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

awantrix was fast in communication, and Abby (Project Manager) helped us a lot.
