I’m the Marketing Director at Caliber, a real-time stakeholder intelligence platform. We help companies monitor, analyze, and act on brand and reputation perceptions so they can make informed decisions, strengthen trust, and improve communication with key audiences.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with BE VISIBLE?

With the rapid rise of AI-driven search experiences, we saw a noticeable decline in website traffic and keyword rankings due to AI overviews and generative search results. Traditional SEO alone was no longer sufficient. We needed a partner who could both reinforce our SEO fundamentals and help us adapt strategically to AI search — ensuring our brand would be visible, cited, and positioned correctly in this new search environment.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

BE VISIBLE conducted a comprehensive SEO and AI visibility audit, followed by in-depth keyword and competitor research. From there, they optimized existing content, developed new content opportunities, built high-quality backlinks, and implemented strategies specifically aimed at improving AI visibility. They also set up tracking systems and reporting frameworks so we could clearly measure performance and progress. Beyond optimization, they contributed landing page design concepts aligned with current search trends and evolving AI search behavior. What stands out is that their work isn’t static. They continuously monitor developments in AI search and proactively bring new ideas and experiments to the table.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The impact has been tangible. Our AI visibility and overall sentiment have improved. Website traffic lost due to AI overviews has recovered to pre-decline levels. We’ve increased the number of priority keywords ranking in position one from one or two to 17. We are now cited in multiple AI overviews. Traffic originating from AI search is increasing. We’ve generated inbound demo bookings that can be directly attributed to BE VISIBLE’s work. While it’s difficult to isolate exact numbers for all conversions, the overall trajectory is clearly positive and measurable.

How did BE VISIBLE perform from a project management standpoint?

We work together on a 20-hour-per-month agreement, yet progress has remained steady and focused. Their project management is structured and transparent. We have weekly calls, clear task tracking, and defined reporting. Communication is consistent, and we always know what is being worked on and why.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are consistently ahead of the curve when it comes to AI search trends. They are experimental, proactive, and willing to test new approaches rather than relying on outdated SEO playbooks. Equally important, they’re extremely easy to work with. They feel like an extension of our internal team rather than an external vendor.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They generate a lot of strong ideas, which is a positive. At times, I’d prefer slightly more emphasis on fully completing existing initiatives before moving to the next exciting opportunity. That said, this is more a matter of working style alignment than a structural issue.
