Bloomr Design was engaged to lead a full brand refresh and website rebuild for Ibex. The scope of work covered brand strategy, visual identity, and the design and delivery of a new marketing website.

Key deliverables included:

• A refreshed brand identity, including updated visual language, typography, colour palette, and brand guidelines
• Refinement of brand positioning and messaging to better articulate Ibex’s value proposition and target audience
• UX and UI design for a new website, including information architecture, page layouts, and user flows
• Design and build of the new website, with a focus on clarity, performance, and conversion
• Updated content structure and on-page messaging across key pages (e.g. homepage, product, solutions, and contact pages)
• Implementation of conversion points and enquiry pathways to support inbound lead generation
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders throughout discovery, design iterations, and final delivery

Since the website launch, Ibex has seen a noticeable increase in inbound enquiries, indicating improved effectiveness of the site in communicating our value proposition and driving conversion.

In addition:

• The refreshed brand and website have significantly improved clarity and consistency of messaging across marketing, product, and sales
• Internal stakeholders report stronger alignment and confidence when directing prospects to the website
• User engagement with key pages has improved, with clearer navigation through product and solution content
• The new site provides a more scalable and conversion-focused foundation to support ongoing growth and future campaigns

Bloomr Design managed the project in a structured and organised way, with clear timelines, milestones, and regular check-ins throughout the engagement. Key deliverables were planned and delivered on schedule, with good visibility into progress at each stage.

They were responsive to feedback and adaptable to changing requirements, taking onboard input from multiple stakeholders and iterating quickly where needed. Communication was clear and proactive, and any risks or dependencies were raised early and handled collaboratively.

Overall, Bloomr were easy to work with, dependable in delivery, and demonstrated a strong understanding of both the creative and commercial needs of the project.

No major issues were encountered. Any minor challenges were typical of a collaborative creative project and were addressed constructively and efficiently by Bloomr.

I’m the co-founder of Superdone, a software startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bloomr Design?

We needed a designer to help us create brand components for our company, including logo marks and an overall brand look and feel.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We met with Valeria, Bloomr Design's founder and lead designer, to discuss our project and her approach. She shared their portfolio and quickly provided an overview and proposal for the first stage of the work, including milestones and deliverables. We've since provided her with documentation outlining our positioning and how we want to portray our brand. 

Bloomr Design has interviewed us to understand our brand direction and what we want to accomplish. We've shared examples of other brands that would be good comparisons or inspirations.

The team has provided us with a first round of drafts and ideas. We've defined what we like and don't like. They've done another cycle to dig into the details, including color profiles, brand marks, fonts, and other elements associated with our visual brand language. It has been a three- or four-week exercise to get what we want.

Bloomr Design uses Figma and the Adobe Suite for the design and branding materials. We've continued working with Bloomr Design on website building using Webflow, as well as other marketing artifacts.

We've only worked with Valeria.

How did you come to work with Bloomr Design?

Someone who had worked with Bloomr Design before recommended them to us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're an early-stage company, so it's hard to attribute specific metrics to Bloomr Design's work. However, they've been invaluable in establishing our company as a legitimate corporate entity. Everyone on our team likes the new brand a lot and is happy with the team's work, efficiency, and speed. Bloomr Design has exceeded our expectations.

We've changed directions and wanted to try something different, and Bloomr Design has been incredibly accommodating. We've worked with other vendors, but the team has a high-level skill set and is efficient regarding turnaround times.

How did Bloomr Design perform from a project management standpoint?

Bloomr Design meets deadlines and stays on budget. We communicate via email and Zoom meetings. We've also shared some videos using Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Bloomr Design quickly triangulates exactly what we're looking for. One feels other designers' materials are around 60% or 70% unrelated to one's needs and wants, but Bloomr Design is precise and takes feedback on board. The team provides examples right inside the wheelhouse of what we're looking for, bringing some design reality.

Bloomr Design excels at filling in the gaps and bringing us into the loop on things we may not have considered previously. Overall, we're impressed with how consistent and high-quality their work is. They're efficient and meet the budget, which is a fabulous trifecta for keeping clients happy and creating trust and longevity with a client.

Come to the table with your homework done to create a clear direction and be clear about the objectives and outcomes you expect. Put some thought into what you're looking to have done before engaging with Bloomr Design.

We worked with Valeria on the redesign and build of our website and the collaboration was excellent from start to finish.

She delivered everything we agreed on: from the initial moodboard inspiration and nine high-fidelity Figma designs to the full Webflow build with CMS setup and SEO basic setup. All deliverables were completed on time and with great quality.

On top of that, Valeria collaborated closely with our internal IT team to handle the domain integration and ensure a smooth redirection between yalo.com and yalo.ai. This was additional work outside the original scope, and she managed it seamlessly with flexibility and ownership.

The feedback process was very structured, and she followed up consistently to make sure every detail was addressed. Communication was always clear, proactive, and easy, which made the whole project run smoothly.

Valeria met our expectations. She not only delivered what was promised but also added value through her commitment and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend working with her for any design or Webflow project.

Valeria managed the project with great professionalism and consistency. All deliverables were completed on time and with strong execution quality. She maintained a very structured feedback process and followed up regularly to ensure every detail was addressed.

Communication was always clear, proactive, and solution-oriented, which made it easy for us to align internally and move the project forward without delays. She was also very responsive to our needs, even when additional scope such as domain integration came up, and handled those tasks seamlessly. Overall, her project management gave us confidence throughout the entire process.

What I found most impressive was the flexibility and availability to adjust meeting times and schedules, as well as the ability to quickly understand and adapt to the scope of our project. This made the collaboration feel very smooth and efficient from the beginning.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bloomr Design could have done differently?

Honestly, there were no major areas for improvement. The collaboration was smooth and exceeded our expectations. If anything, we would have liked to explore deeper analytics/Salesforce setup as part of the initial scope, but this was outside of what was originally agreed.
