I am the Product Manager of SimplifyPI

We worked on our in-house product, SimplifyPI, undertaking a complete UI/UX revamp of the website. The existing design had become outdated, as it was originally created in 2018. SimplifyPI is a case management software used by healthcare providers (clinics) and law firms/attorneys, and the redesign focused on modernizing the experience while improving usability for both user groups

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Their scope of work included reviewing our existing application across all pages, modules, and sections, and redesigning it in Figma. Throughout the redesign process, they closely coordinated with our Product Owner and other key stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on the updated UI/UX designs in Figma. Once the designs were finalized, our Angular development team proceeded with implementing the approved designs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The primary goal was to enhance the UI of our Case Details page, where end users spend most of their time. The focus was on optimal space utilization while adhering to our predefined color palette and input components, ensuring visual consistency alongside an improved user experience. This was successfully delivered by Viram from Caliber Design.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

There were some delays from our end in finalizing the designs, but the team demonstrated great patience throughout the process. Any changes we requested were implemented within hours, and overall, our experience working with them was very positive.

What stood out most was their ability to quickly understand a complex product and translate requirements into clean, intuitive UI/UX designs. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to iterate based on feedback made the collaboration smooth and effective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Caliber Design could have done differently?

Nope, in future they can provide full support of converting the Figma design into actual implementation
