The main measurable outcome for success was that the website was created, tested, and ready for the company to launch.

Our project manager was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and patient with the project. He did a great job communicating milestones, updates, and kept the project moving. It would of been helpful for us to have more clarity on next steps and how the milestones were tracking in project meetings.

Capital Numbers team members are absolutely wonderful, professional, talented, and responsive. Creativity is outstanding. Their knowledge is at expert level. They share their thoughts and ideas about how best to approach a development challenge or resolve changes that are needed. The team is open to meet at any time outside of scheduled project meetings and/or time zones.

Ensure that during product development that all deliverables have been tested for complete functionality from the client-side view before moving to the next phase

There were a lot of options on the previous page, that i didn't understand. Basically, they saved our website after we used a crappy, over- priced developer based here in Australia.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Transform the website from being a glitchy, dysfunctional website into making it work perfectly but with many added customisations that we dreamt up to make the site convert many more sales. They also implemented our own IMS, integrated it with platforms and created an automated purchase ordering system which saved a lot of time.

Moreover, when we communicated and worked together previously, I always found the project manager and the Devs to be extremely upfront about what they can or can't do, point out when they believe I'm making a mistake, and then offer alternate options. It's very rare!! So thank you

Once registered, the production manager gains exclusive access to create new projects on this platform. Each project requires the manager to select a project type, resulting in the generation of a unique URL. Additionally, the manager must make a payment for each project, with the payment system (one-time or recurring). 

These developments aim to enhance the functionality and user experience of the websites, providing production managers with streamlined project creation, seamless replication across platforms, and efficient management of user-profiles and permissions.

We constantly focus on the simplicity of our payment APIs. Our goal is for an external customer to be able to gain access to our Sandbox environment and to be executing API calls within 48 hours. To do that, we need to keep the APIs simple yet powerful, and provide our customers with excellent examples using commonly leveraged API tools, like Swagger and Postman. 

Even though our APIs are simple to work with, they are extremely powerful under the covers. Our APIs are a facade over numerous downstream payment gateways, each providing unique capabilities.

The project had a quick turn around time and most items were delivered on time. The platform used for project management and communication was not ideal. There were many threads and difficult to understand where to post questions and to whom. Deadlines were sometimes unclear, especially when the team needed something from me. I was not always given a clear due date or clear directions for how to deliver feedback.

Ability to deliver work quickly and to creatively respond to our needs. They incorporated feedback into the designs quickly and effectively.

The project management tool could be used more effectively. It would have been helpful to have clearer timelines and due dates for key milestones in the project. I also recommend gathering account information from clients (in the beginning of the project rather than waiting until the end and delaying launch. I would also like more training information for the plug ins that were used.like wordpress log in info, key etc.)
