And another key success factor: they apply quality assurance during the coding activities for each sprint. Any issue that ocurred in any sprint was dicussed openly and transparently and we as a team with Code Castle team for each project, identified the root causes for each issue and then worked in defining and executing action plans to solve those issues. The end users trainings were excellent.
