• We hired CompleteSoft to design and implement an automated information system for timber accounting and timber transaction management. Our main goal was to ensure full traceability of timber — from the cutting site to the final buyer or processor. As a forestry company focused on forest inventory and management planning, we needed a reliable digital system that would accurately record timber volumes, track shipments, and support regulatory compliance. Specifically, we wanted to: Automate daily timber accounting at cutting sites, Ensure transparent documentation of timber transportation and transactions (e-waybills, acceptance certificates), Reduce manual processes and paperwork, Integrate transport tracking (GPS monitoring), Enable proper handling of rejected timber and discrepancy cases, Support railway shipments and internal processing workflows, Improve reporting and data accuracy across the entire supply chain. CompleteSoft was responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of our Automated Information System for Timber Accounting.

Their scope included system architecture design, automation of timber traceability from cutting site to buyer, implementation of TD-FOREST and e-waybill workflows, integration with GPS transport tracking, and development of reporting and compliance tools.

While forest inventory and management planning remain our core activities, CompleteSoft digitalized and streamlined the accounting, tracking, and documentation processes that support these operations, delivering a centralized and fully functional system.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the new system, we can now track timber digitally from the cutting site all the way to the final buyer. It helped us reduce paperwork, improve the accuracy of volume records, and make reporting much easier.

The system also improved compliance with regulations, reduced issues during acceptance of timber, and gave us better control over transportation and vehicle load limits.

Overall, it made our processes more transparent, faster, and more efficient.

I’m the CEO of Fast Prep USA, a company that provides e-commerce fulfillment services, handling storage, packing, and shipping of online orders for retailers.

What challenge were you trying to address with CompleteSoft?

Our goal was to modernize and streamline our warehouse operations. We hired CompleteSoft to build a new warehouse management system (WMS).

What was the scope of their involvement?

CompleteSoft built a new warehouse system for us from scratch. They automated a lot of the manual work we used to do, added barcode scanning, improved how we pick and process orders, and created useful reports. They also moved all of our old data into the new system and connected it to our order sources. It made our daily operations faster and more accurate. Specific features included: - real-time inventory tracking, - automated receiving and put-away workflows, - barcode scanning, - an improved pick and pack module, - a live operational dashboard, - reporting and analytics tools, - and integrations with our order sources.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we switched to the new WMS, our inventory accuracy went up, we processed orders faster, and receiving shipments took less time. We also saw fewer errors and spent much less time on manual data entry. Overall, we saw a 60% reduction in manual work and a 25%–30% increase in processing speed.

CompleteSoft’s project management was great. They always answered our questions, kept us updated, and delivered everything on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, email, and messaging apps.

What we especially liked was their flexibility. When there was a need to integrate with an additional module, the team, under the careful guidance of the PM, quickly adapted to the changes, which allowed us to complete the project, with new requirements, in a short time.
