What challenge were you trying to address with Creativa Studios?

We needed to develop an Android app to monitor our on-field workers in real time.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creativa Studios designed, developed, and deployed an API, web app, and Android app in a multiregion cloud service.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Creativa Studios.

How did you come to work with Creativa Studios?

We found them through an online search and a referral. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, offered good value for the cost, and had aligned company values.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–October 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had around 80 active users on the app, and the web app had a security rating of over 80%. The reports were also generated quickly. Since deployment, the application has always been online, with zero downtime.

Creativa Studios delivered on time. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

AES El Salvador now has an updated and automated inventory of poles and luminaires. Up to 250K luminaries with update information available in a Web portal. Energy information now is used to bill monthly our customers in commercial system.

Created a Project plan, Kick off of the project with all AES team, Weekly meeting to report project plan status. The project was delivery on time. In general Creativa Studios met our expectations and responded to our needs.
