We measured this by tracking the time our ops and finance team spent on core treasury tasks before and after using TerraBlock.

Before Cyberk's solution, tasks like categorizing transactions, preparing payroll splits, calculating tax reserves, and reconciling wallets took roughly 10–12 hours per week per DAO treasury operator. After switching to the automated dashboard, Auto-Tax Off-ramp, and reporting modules that Cyberk has built, the same workflow takes about 3–4 hours per week.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our collaboration with Cyberk produced clear, measurable outcomes that validated Stone Reserve as a real on-chain carbon credit protocol. Cyberk delivered the MVP architecture in 28 days, covering Lithos Node firmware design, energy telemetry pipeline, ZK verification flow, smart contracts, and marketplace foundation.

Moreover, the team validated the tokenization logic by successfully minting 5,200+ $vCARB credits in the testnet, each representing 1 MWh of verified renewable energy.We tracked a focused set of KPIs to validate both the ZK verification layer and the carbon credit marketplace. For the ZK verification KPIs, we measured the proof generation time, which was a median of 1.3 seconds and a 95th percentile of 1.9 seconds per energy batch. We also measured the data integrity rate, which was a 100% match between off-chain telemetry batches and on-chain minted $vCARB tokens during test runs.

For the marketplace KPIs, we measured the credit mint-to-list latency, which was a median of 3.2 seconds from verified proof to tradable $vCARB token. We also measured the settlement finality, which was an average on-chain settlement under 12 seconds per trade. Lastly, we measured the audit traceability, which was 100% of credits traceable back to the original device and timestamp in the audit logs.

How did Cyberk perform from a project management standpoint?

Cyberk's project management was disciplined and highly reliable. They worked in clear sprints, communicated progress transparently, and flagged risks early instead of reacting late. We mainly communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was Cyberk's ability to handle an unusually complex stack: hardware abstraction, DePIN networking, ZK verification, tokenization, and a user-facing marketplace. The team still delivered everything quickly with production-level quality.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was very little Cyberk could have done better.
