We hired Digital Present for: Design of the can Design for the Homepage for Poseidon's Beverages AG

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

In our network-group we ha an contact which made all connections needed to professional companies to release our new product. In the case of designing the can and a new innovated homepage, we got the suggestion for an partnership with Digital Present in this case.

We wanted something special, we got an homepage in 3-D, that was a challenge for us and our partners. - Spinning can's, tricky backgrounds with changing pictures of - Poseidon, the Moringa Oleifera tree and the trident the scope of work was web consulting, web creation and a part of e-commerce integrated.

We worked with one person, which is very swift and relevant. We had always contact with the Founder / General Manager of Digital Present

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The launch of our 3D-homepage was 1 week ago, so til now we cannot share / disclose any measurable outcomes for now. The feedback from our clients was great and very positive.

Our contact with Digital Present is very professional and reliable. We used the communication tools - Email - Zoom - Whatts App to comunicate fast and easy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most imperssive is the professionallism, extremely short reaction time, know how about webdesign and web technologies and their spirit of interesting and a high agree in innovation.

I am the art director of a software company and digital agency delivering full scope projects with a focus on CX and ecommerce.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Present, and what were your goals?

Once we launched we hired digital present to develop a website that would accurately portray our company, using elements previously established by our art director. The website was to be implemented with Wordpress to allow for maximum changes and midifications.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our sister companies had preciously worked with Digital Present before and felt that they were flexible and delivered high quality work for a competitive rate.

Digital Present took out sitemap that we came up with internally and used it to create several design mockups. They then walked us through their initial design ideas for the website, taking feedback on what would work and what wouldn't. They then delivered our wordpress staging site that acted as a designed slate for us to put our content into.

Weekly we would meet to discuss issues that we had with the website and to go over possible changes for each issue we came across. Once all content was completed and uploaded, the Digital Present team transferred the staging site onto our servers, ensuring that all links and forms worked and letting us know what issues they had with the server transition.

Overall expansion of brand awareness and content being seen.

Weekly conversations with the project manager, where the issues would often be fixed by the following week. Communication was clear and sharing of ideas was equally where feedback on each other's ideas was welcome.

fast and flexible communication, willingness to work on new issues or problems as they arose.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nenad will often listen to issues or ideas and express concerns in response in an appropriate manner. When talking to Ivan alone, ideas seem to be shut down rather quickly, reassuring you that his ideas are the best way.

I am a technical coordinator at a video-on-demand platform in the Balkans.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Present?

Our web platform is 7-8 years old and the design was very outdated and not user friendly at all. We hired Digital Present to redesign the whole platform with some additional new functionalities.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We looked online for UX/UI designers and had interviews with several of them. Digital Present was our choice the moment we started our discussion with them as they quickly understood our needs and ideas and provided professional and real feedback for their realizations.

We went over our existing platform and discussed every page of the app. Their designers made a plan for improved user experience and more modern looking interface. We received an initial design and some minor changes were made for the final design based on further discussion.

We worked with the project manager and several of their designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The UX/UI design they provided really satisfied our whishes. We tested the design with a group of our users and they could easily navigate and use the platform which was the most important part because of the different features we provide. Currently we developed the web app in-house and are planning the lunch.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We started the whole project with a tight schedule and their design team came through both with the speed and the quality of the delivery. The communication was smooth and they accepted and integrated all of our suggestions, as well as provided their own based on their expertise.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The direct and quick communication, both formal and unformal, which helped us be part of the process.
