Hello, I am the lead for our company on making decisions for our content writing application and we provide services for medium size corporate companies across the United States. I am in charge of the software product direction and making decisions on what our new application will look like and operate.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Solutions?

Our application was designed7 years ago and it was out of date. We were hearing complaints from our users and we weren’t keeping our churn rate low. After doing some initial research we realize that it was due to our user experience and design of the application, so we knew we needed a new design and glad we went with Digital Solutions.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected this vendor by interviewing a bunch of different UI UX companies and seeing which ones had the best skill set we were looking for. Their presentation was very professional, and we knew right away that they were the group that we’d work with. The deciding factors was their brochure information and the clear steps that they take as a team to ensure that the project was completed on time and successfully.

The steps were as follows:

1. Kickoff Meeting
2. Creation of Mood Board/Design Direction
3. User Research of Current Application
4. User Experience of Current Application
5. Data Collection and User Report Generated on areas with the most improvement
6. New Design Concepts Done
7. Chose new design concept and continued with that one
8. Finish Their team used Figma for design, Trello as the project management, and Slack/Zoom for meetings or messaging.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We reduced our churn rate by 74% and received amazing customer satisfaction results with our new survey that we sent out to our clients. We have also improved our overall branding and design which is hard to measure but definitely added value.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team was very professional in managing the project successfully from start to finish. There was clear structure and goals that were hit in place. We had weekly or biweekly meetings to check up on the progress and that was made via Zoom Calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their User Research and UX Diagnosis process was very impressive. They gave us valuable insights that we would not have thought of otherwise. They were very creative in their design as well and communication was solid.

Our website was created 5 years ago and was not helping generate a good brand identity for our business and new leads. We needed a professional UI UX design company to come in to make the value that we offer very clear for our clients.

We hired Digital Solutions to come in a design a new brand and develop a new website for our business to help convert new leads, which they helped us tremendously.

We selected this vendor by researching a lot of different business and going through the interview process. Their team was very professional and structured with their approach as well as had great examples to show us, so we decided to go with them.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We increased our conversions on our site by 45% and we receive a lot of compliments from our clients. There is a lot of brand equity added into improving our online presence, which is hard to measure.

The project management style was very professional and structured. They had clear project milestones that were made and always there for communication. We used Slack as the chat function and zoom/google meets for face-to-face meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found their speed to get things done on time was unique and great. I also found that their design skills were world class.

None that I can think of, they were very professional.
