The scope of the project was to create an app that can be downloaded and accessed by both android and iOS users in our company. The app focused on presenting to the management the performance of the production and sales departments.

Dotsquares helped us get the project off the ground with initial BI and design work and then a team of developers which we are able to scale up as need requires. The project is still in progress but I have been so impressed with the capability, insightful approach, responsiveness and dedication of the team. Particular thanks must go to Soubhik Maity (our daily stand-up ray of sunshine) who has complete mastery of the project and is as commuted to it as we are.

Particular kudos also must go to Kundan (tech Lead) , Vinod & Bhupendra (Developers) & Saurabh  (QA). They question and push back on decisions and approaches, offer advice and alternative view points to make sure that the project is viewed from every angle. This is very much a collaboration and the team have been a pleasure to work with.

The vendor has an excellent pedigree and has worked in some outstanding projects for blue chip clients. We were made to feel very confident in our selection by the onboarding team. Key in our decision making was that Dotsquares had an office in the UK - but in reality we have worked almost exclusively with the team in India and location has not really affected our experience.

The project is still in progress, but DS have worked with us since it was a concept and are delivering a complex advice based portal network.

We are very happy - this is a long project so we wanted to provide interim feedback, but the team are very quick in their turn around of tickets - in fact we sometimes have to race to keep ahead of them to make sure they have enough to keep them busy! The quality of output is high and we have found them to be generous and of high integrity.

We are in regular contact through Teams - sprints are set by us in Jira. The productiveness of the team is high - they consistently over deliver in terms of tickets completed each month.

This is an enjoyable team to work with. They are friendly, responsive, caring and intelligent. They are not yes-men :The team is quick to raise concerns and ideas, and operates like a remote extension of our internal team. We feel like we know them. Their level of English language, business acumen, and technical expertise is high. But most of all they are quality people - of high integrity and committed to their work and our project.

We have worked fast: had we had more time initially, we may have structured the project slightly differently, but we feel that we have been supported in our necessary approach by the DS team throughout.

We took on a new CRM system and because we have our website built on HubSpot, the two didn't speak together. We had to build a piece of mid-ware to connect the two together, and build a job vacancy page where candidates could apply to the website, and appear in the CRM system as a result.

We found Dotsquares on the HubSpot platform. We were looking for a company that understood what we needed to achieve and who could give an accurate quote.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals. The team followed up with examples of how we could expect the end result to look, and they then advised how many people it would take and how many days. They achieved this ahead of time.

Soubhik was our project manager throughout, and Dharmendra worked on the project throughout too. At one point, another developer worked on the project too, to get it completed in time.

After launching the site, our visits doubled in a month, from 4000 to 7500. As a result, we have seen more leads coming through from our website that we have already converted into sales.

I worked with multiple team members throughout the journey. They had different staff members working on the project but kept me in the loop every time, they were moved to a different project or a new member was assigned to my job.

If they could keep the same staff assigned to the project, this would be more reliable.

The objective of this project is to create a car delivery mobile application based on both Android and iOS platforms. The app will be used by three different types of users – Customer (who wishes to schedule a pickup for delivery); Driver (who will be facilitating the pickup) and Admin, who will have access to Deliveries, Transactions, ability to Activate or Deactivate a customer / driver; and manage other such features.

Customer will be able to schedule for a pickup, enter their details like pick up & drop location, they will be needed to enter their car details like make & model. Customer will have to click on the request quote button after entering the details. Now the system will send the request to all the nearby driver available in the radius of the customer. A Driver will be able to see the request of the customer as a popup notification now the driver will have the option to enter their charges & time for the car delivery.

He will also be able to choose the locations that he/she will be comfortable receiving and dropping the deliveries. Also, once the driver fill the time & cost for the delivery then it will send the notification to the customer and now customer will be able to accept or reject the available bids from the different drivers.

Once a driver delivers the car then a message to confirm the same will be generated for the customer, to ensure that the delivery has been successful, after which, the payment will go from the Escrow account to the registered driver’s account.
