One example is a telehealth app in the medical field. Meanwhile, we go through a hypercare phase after any project is completed, and if we need to increase the scope of work, it will increase the budget. The end customer has to approve it, and then we’ll move to another phase.

We needed to replace an old Field Service application with a more scalable software that could be customized as needed. We also needed to be in communication weekly to ensure the final product was completed as desired.
All data was transferred by Dreamztech and placed exactly where it should be placed. None of the history of the data was lost. Dreamztech also backed up all our historical data. In the end the product delivered along with customer and technical service has been fantastic. As things need adjusted, we simply request it from them and within 2-days we have it and sometimes we get it while still on the call.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Savings have exceeded $50 thousand and time in software continues to become more proficient the longer it is used by staff. Productivity is on the increase.

To get started we had a calibration meeting to set goals and expectations and then I provided a small ticket to see how they performed and fit with our process. This was a perfect opportunity to turn the words into actions and they delivered. Communication between me and DT was succinct and they understood what the goal was.

I communicated with Greg initially and was introduced to the CTO and the rest of the team. After our initial calibration meeting I was able to meet the Technical Project Manager Saikat who is my main point of contact and on board 1 full stack developer and Odoo/Python ERP developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since our agreement in January we have had many projects stemming from New Interactive games for marketing efforts, improving site SEO and Optimization as well as new analytics implementations. All of these efforts have improved our engagement and orders as well as our PageSpeed scores all around. Also, projects with our ERP system has improved Fulfillment times and warehouse efficiency across the board.

We communicate mainly through Slack with 2 weekly meetings with Saikat (PM), I also communicate with the devs via GitHub with quick turn around times and thoughtful feedback, suggestions and questions on each issue. They communicate ahead of time if any challenges occur so set update deadline expectations.

We're impressed with their ability to execute multiple projects involving e-commerce and ERP processes.

We did have a small challenge with the thoroughness of QAing tickets, but I was comfortable in bringing it up with the team and they responded thoroughly and clearly what was going on and since have delivered on communicating openly on the QA process.

The scope of work ranged from cloud based booking software that allowed us to manage scheduling, financial reports, and credit card processing. IN tandem they developed native apps for Android and Apple that manages the scheduling for artists on the go and for clients to have ease of access to appointments and payment options.

I had one project manager and 4 to 5 other team members that would have weekly, bi weekly calls to manage and communicate the work as it was completed with opportunities for feedback and testing in real time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
In the past, the features that were developed by Dreamztech allowed us to manage more clients and streamlined our cashing out process. The current project has yet to be launched so I have no data on the outcome as of yer.

We used email and zoom meeting for our communication which was my preference. I preferred to email in real time with testing and feedback which made it easier for me with my busy schedule traveling frequently. They were always very flexible with how I communicated and ensured we were on the right page at every step. That included follow up outlines of conversations, recordings of meetings, and excel sheets to document as the project hit milestones or needed changes.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The comfort level and ease of communication. I have worked with other teams on projects and it always seems to fall short in this area. Dreamztech always listened to my ideas and feedback as well as gave extensive explanation so I could understand each piece of what was being worked on. If an idea wasn't feasible they always had a win/win solution that made the experience feel collaborative. I really enjoy their team on a personal and professional level. It is the reason why I continue to work with them.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
At times it may have taken us a bit longer to finish something because we needed to navigate quite a bit some of the communication style that worked best on both sides. Having clearer expectations for what is needed from me can be addressed sooner. Meetings sometimes were long but, creating videos and the ability for me to be more hands on made all the difference. I think navigating both of our working styles and expectations earlier on could have saved some time.

I’m the founder of IEST Ltd., a hospitality tech startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dreamztech Solutions?
We were trying to address the challenge of a contactless customer service within the hospitality industry.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Dreamztech started with basic, typical menus using a progressive web app to make reservations and ordering prior to arriving. Once COVID-19 hit, we asked them to change the scope in terms of using a QR code and make it less interactive, so to speak, and less socially engageable within the establishments.
It turned into pretty much a full suite which includes a POS system, delivery system, and the full spectrum of what we’d be needing within a COVID-19 environment.
It was an extremely quick ramp up. They already have the skeleton in place for what I required.
What is the team composition?
I work with five people, including one main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Dreamztech Solutions?
They’ve done some work on progressive web apps within the UK. One of my friends recommended them. I did a lot of background checking to see who they were and I found they were one of the top rated companies.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost is around $180,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2020 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
My product is out to market but I’m constantly asking them for changes due to the change in COVID-19 situation. The same product is constantly evolving.
The project is hugely successful. In terms of our traction in the market, we’re now engaged with probably the top three hotel chains within the world. We have multiple restaurant chains within the UK who are engaged on this. We have multiple independent bars and restaurants who we’ve allowed to stay open during COVID-19 due to our product.
We’ve also been engaged with the local government in Manchester who have backed us on this in order to keep people within the hospitality industry in their jobs. It’s been a huge success.
How did Dreamztech Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
I rate their project management higher than what the highest rating would be. It’s been phenomenal — the key to the project. The communication has been great, and they work in our time zone, which is nice. Anything that’s been required, they’re available 24/7. If i request a change, it’s done pretty much on the spot.
We use Microsoft Teams and Zoom. They have an internal collaboration platform in which we use to communicate as well.
They understand me as a client. They have an ability to be able to implement what I ask of them. I can’t speak highly enough about Dreamztech.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Time and price has been the most impressive. They have the ability to do things quickly and correctly for a price that works.
Are there any areas they could improve?
One word: no. Don’t change.

exporting data from a Microsoft SQL database
importing data into a MySQL database on a different server periodically

One of the most important benefits fo dealing with DreamzTech is that they provided a 90 day warranty on the product that is delivered.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I would prefer to see more questions in writing (emails and messages), with a follow-up meeting (if necessary). Sometimes it is difficult to convey some details in a voice/face-time meeting. Emails and messages can be studied in advance to a voice/face-time meeting.

I’m the president and CEO of Island Fill-Up Ltd. It’s the first online fuel delivery app in the Bahamas. We have an app where customers can get fuel, gasoline, and diesel delivered, 24 hours a day.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dreamztech Solutions?
I needed an experienced team to develop a secure platform for us.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They created our product, which is comprised of three different platforms. It’s an integrated and multi-tier solution that covers all of our bases.
The first component is customer-facing, where users can sign up for a fuel delivery membership. The solution allows them to schedule drop-offs and set locations for delivery via a Google Maps integration.
There’s also another driver’s app, where our drivers are assigned fuel deliveries as they come in. The platform organizes the drivers’ shifts and deployments. The driver can’t dispense any fuel himself; fuel can only be dispensed directly from the platform. You’re able to maintain the same level of control that you’d have at a regular service station but through a mobile app.
The last piece of the puzzle is the administrative side of the app, where we can oversee and manage fuel levels, sales, retention, and wastage. These stats are fully integrated into our accounting software.
What is the team composition?
I primarily worked with Krish (CEO), but there were three lead programmers who I dealt with on a regular basis. I’m sure there were others working behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with Dreamztech Solutions?
I’ve known Krish for over 7 years. We’d talked together about numerous projects, but we’d never been able to move forward due to external circumstances. It’s mostly difficult to get the funding and the needed government approvals.
We were finally able to secure funding for this project, so we moved forward with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent somewhere around $40,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together in March 2020 and it’s an ongoing project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The quality of their work was consistently high, across the board. They have a Q&A team that’s extremely detailed and helpful.
I was a very demanding client, particularly because fuel is a very previous commodity and I was worried about needing strict cybersecurity measures to protect it. The Dreamztech team was very patient and empathetic in understanding and addressing these concerns.
How did Dreamztech Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very good with deadlines. There were some natural roadblocks as development went on, but they adapted very quickly to accommodate changing requirements. I’d highlight their timeliness because they were intensely diligent in adhering to my deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about them?
If I describe the look and feel of what I want, they can give it to me. I really appreciated how they were quickly able to grasp and materialize my vision. They really speak your language, so you’re able to make progress very quickly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Obviously, I’d like there to be more developers so that I could get the final product, even faster. Other than that, I don’t really have any legitimate criticisms. They had no problem accepting and incorporating feedback.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be thoughtful about your development process. Have one or two focus groups independently, before you go to them. You’ll help them avoid some roadblocks if you’ve clarified your vision as much as possible.
