So, this wasn’t just a mechanical development task — every step had to be carefully thought through from a sales and marketing perspective. We described what we expected i.e. how our chatbot should answer customer questions, follow strict car brand standards, help capture leads etc. First, we sat down with the marketing and sales teams to map out the entire sales flow, thinking through how a customer might move through the journey and what Takumi should suggest next to guide them naturally toward a future purchase. With that understanding in place, the team mapped out all the flows, how Takumi would handle everything like checking vehicle availability and scheduling test drives and service. After that, they built it on GPT‑4o, hooked it up to our live inventory, and added the Admin Dashboard for monitoring and leads. Plus, we made sure the tone and UX felt right, premium and polite.

This allowed them to develop a comprehensive branding strategy that would capture our unique identity and differentiate us from our competitors. Once our branding strategy was established, the team worked on creating a website interface that would provide an exceptional user experience.
The designer created wireframes and prototypes that allowed us to iterate and refine the website's design until we were satisfied with the final product. The team started with a “discovery phase”, which involved understanding our requirements, target audience, competitors etc. Designers created wireframes and design concepts for the website, so when we approved it, they proceeded to the development phase.
EDE team was responsible for all parts i.e. developed the front-end and back-end of the website, + they incorporated all features we required such as product catalogue, online payment options, shopping cart, checkout etc. We knew that the website would undergo testing and quality assurance too, so once the website was tested and approved, we could finally launch it.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have got a beautiful, fully functional, and responsive website that is accessible on different devices, with a convenient product catalogue, a secure payment gateway, a user-friendly shopping cart, and checkout process, as well as an order management system that allows our company to track orders and manage inventory. We also got a catering booking solution, slightly different from our initial concept, but I like the new version even more.

I found their project management style to be highly efficient and transparent. They used Slack for instant communication with us, which allowed me to quickly communicate with team members and receive immediate responses to my questions and concerns.
The team also scheduled weekly video conference calls via Zoom, where we discussed the progress and addressed any issues that arose. They always provided all updates, demos, and timelines, which made me feel included in the project’s process, however, I liked that I did not need to micromanage it, we always discussed only important details.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Strong technical proficiency and ability to deliver nice work even on the first try, so we did not have to change much and were able to move forward quickly.

The Ein-des-ein development team reviewed the existing design and created a plan that outlined the development process, including technical requirements, timelines, and milestones. They began with implementing the frontend design of the wallet, and integrated various features we required like user authentication, wallet management, account settings, and transaction history.
The backend development involved creating secure and scalable APIs that the frontend would use to communicate with the server side. They designed the database schema, implemented the necessary security measures, and configured the server infrastructure. Once the frontend and backend were developed, the next step for them was to integrate these two parts and conduct testing. Finally, they deployed our app to the production environment.

I worked as a Co-Founder and Marketing specialist at Molodo when we began working with Ein-des-ein to help us develop brand identity and launch the Molodo website. Molodo is a Ukrainian water brand and distributor. The company expanded from one location, Kyiv, to over 30 cities all over the country.

Molodo needed a brand identity that could help with establishing ourselves in the market and standing out from the other conventional brands. After finishing with brand identity (quite fast, kudos to Ein-des-ein!), we moved on to developing our website. We wanted the website to be super convenient and visually appealing for our customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
They contacted us on LinkedIn and we enjoyed talking to them and learning about their approach. Even though it’s not very important, but I have to mention that we liked their name as well, it caught our attention.

We cooperated a lot with Ein-des-ein when it came to brand identity and design choices. We went back and forth trying a lot of different concepts. We were able to finish with a style guide after two months of work. This was really impressive. The website design that followed was a lot smoother in terms of a process. We communicated a lot as well to make sure every page served its purpose and had the best UX. The most important pages were the home page, the basket page, personal dashboard, and product pages. The Ein-des-ein team also helped us with the landing page for the first marketing campaigns. We were basically equipped with everything we needed!
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We communicated with a lot of people, but the main team consisted of 2 designers (1 brand identity designer, 1 UX/UI designer) and an Art Director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were happy with the result because it didn’t take us long to develop a brand identity so we could move on to building the website. The website is bringing a lot of sales these days.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was fantastic! The guys at Ein-des-ein even worked during the holidays and communicated quite consistently with us. At the time we had several stakeholders and a lot of opinions, but the team was very patient and achieved the best possible result.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their ability to iterate fast and make changes! We felt like we were always listened to and treated with respect.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The creativity is always good but strong project management is always gold - wish guys will improve communication due to the timelines. However I’m pretty sure this is something easy to fix
