I just had to pay for website hosting for 35.40 CAD a year and they were able to use the Neve template that I got as part of a student offer. They created the site on wordpress and installed the necessary plugins and worked on the back end

Each offering, Sven and his team provided detail instructions for completing tasks assigned to me. The main deliverables were the completion of the website with screenshots and pdf's for completing my tasks.
