GlobalityNet Outsourcing and Consulting helps us manage marketing projects from start to finish. The team has built our website and optimized it for SEO, managing all the tasks that need to be completed for the best results. GlobalityNet Outsourcing and Consulting also manages our social media workflow and procurement management for marketing merchandise. Moreover, the team manages our bookkeeping and operating administrative work.

The scope of work for this project was to help our company implement a WMS system. Gino worked alongside me to help me plan out and execute implementation. With Gino's help, it took about 2 months to implement our WMS.

We successfully implemented our WMS after 2 months with new customers. Gino's help with WMS set-up, good processes, and strategic planning helped propel our implementation forward.

WMS has been launched and as a result the fulfillment center has been operating since August. 

Layouts have been used to set up the distribution center. 

Have continuously supported the project and taken on other tasks as they have arisen.

Deliverables have been on time as planned. 

Response time has been almost immediate. We've been assigned a support person who has been consistently available. Our needs have been met at every turn.

When I first started my business, I was trying to do my own bookkeeping. However, this was not something I enjoyed doing. I struggled at the end of every month trying to log all my income and expenses and reconcile my accounts. I'm not a numbers person and I had 0 experience in bookkeeping but I was able to manage for the first year or so. As my business grew, it became more challenging to find time to keep track of my finances so I started falling behind. I was stressed because I had this task in the back of my mind but my passion is to do makeup and that is all I wanted to focus on. I knew it was time to find a professional to handle this part of my business.

We went over my books and they did an assessment of what needed to be done. I was very satisfied with their communication and attention to detail as we were putting together a strategy to clean up my books and reconcile my accounts. Their accountants are very knowledgeable and experienced. I receive monthly financial reports.

GlobalityNet was able to clean up my books and reconcile my accounts in a short period of time. I'm using them on monthly basis to keep my books current.

After the assessment was done, they were able to match me with an experienced professional to take care of my account. They're always available when I need them and answer my questions within hours.

Their staff is exceptionally professional. The level of experience and knowledge they offer exceeded my expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The entire process went very smoothly, there was a bit of miscommunication at the beginning stages of the process but I think that's common when you start working with someone new. They quickly resolved this issue by adding weekly calls to go over action items. Now we only have monthly calls just to touch base and get to review my financials.

Globality interviewed the stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to determine which problem areas needed streamlining. This along with data mining led to a development of KPIs, supplier balance scorecards, and SOPs.

Purchasing manager, operation manager, order management, warehouse manager, inventory control manager, traffic manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Balance scorecards were used to assess supplier improvements over time. Scorecards also helped in supplier negotiations as well as supplier development. Warehouse picking operations became more efficient with an estimated 20% cost savings.

Highly effective. Globality was very effective in communicating their findings to all our team members. Globality did this through very easy to follow presentations.
