Our website was outdated and we were facing multiple issues related to design and performance. Our goal was to revamp the site in order to achieve better sales, performance, and user-friendly design.

The site is developed in WordPress. They came up with a very high-quality design mockup which was approved by our management.

After the launch within 03 months, we saw a jump of around 35% in our sales. We conducted a customer survey as well regarding the new design and 92% of customers are loving the new site.

We used Zoom and slack for the communication. The project lead was always available for communication and follow-up.

We hired them to develop an E-commerce website for our business. The Challenge was to develop the site in a way that best highlights our products.

One of their clients referred them to us. Also, their online presence was impressive.

The site is developed on WordPress. As per the initial meeting, it was decided that they will present us the design mockups and once the mockup is approved they will move to the development phase & so on to completion of the project.

There were 04 team members from the team. Some of them were designers and other developers.

After the site is launched our sales is increased.

We used Emails, Whatsapp, and direct calls for communication. The project was completed well before the deadline.

The CEO was personally involved at every stage of the project which is unique and Impressive. He was fully aware of the project updates and we talked to him quite often.

The design team is highly creative. They came up with 3 design variations and it was helpful for me to select one out of them. Graphiters' team did an exceptional job of showcasing my commercial and residential projects in an attractive manner.

We shortlisted 15 vendors from internet and after three rounds of extensive interviews we hired them

We hired them and had several meetings with them. We made them understand our goals. Within a few days the team came up with mockups, market research & User behavior. We finalized the mockups & provided them a green signal. From then we sit back and weekly we have one meeting regarding the development phase.

Within two months we had 5K visitors to our site. Out ranked our competitors.

They know the art of understanding the behavior of the users. They designed everything as per the behavior of the users.
