Our scope transformed a lot during these two years of cooperation with Growpad. In year 1, we worked a lot with the legacy content on the website. We created an SEO strategy focusing on increasing the number of MQLs from the website’s content. Year 2 has become more challenging due to the market recession. Our goal is to double the number of leads. It’s going harder than expected, but Growpad’s team is always open to updating and shifting the inbound marketing strategy to achieve the goal.

In 2 years, we doubled SEO traffic and x1.5 MQLs, released 100+ content pieces, 10+ landings, and updated 200+ legacy articles. We also updated the website’s layout and many more. The most important is that the yearly ROI is positive.

We wanted to review the current SEO strategy and improve the lead quality. Before, we worked with in-house SEO and were unsure if we did it correctly. Key deliverables were to minimize non-relevant organic traffic and improve SEO traffic to lead-gen pages. Also, create and rank new lead-gen pages that will bring new clients on a constant basis.

During 2 years of cooperation, website traffic stayed almost the same in absolute numbers but improved the quality of traffic. We started getting more organic traffic from the US, Europe. Even during hard times for IT service-providing companies, we still get leads.

Growpad also helped us develop a new game development section of the website we plan to promote shortly. They performed SEO research on competitors, so we know for sure what pages and content to create in the future. Furthermore, Growpad provided us with a long-term SEO strategy we use in the long run. So, all our actions are aligned with it.

With the help of marketing strategy, we already signed two contracts this year and proceed sales process with a few more MQL leads. We began to receive relevant leads from our website that correspond to our strategy. Our traffic has tripled during our work with Growpad. But what is more important - we began to receive relevant traffic to our healthcare-related pages.
