The original scope of work was to migrate and rebuild our existing CRM into HubSpot, however it quickly expanded into a full end-to-end implementation across our entire digital and operational stack.

HubXpert were responsible for designing and implementing a fully custom HubSpot CRM, including data architecture, pipelines, custom objects, properties, workflows, reporting, and automation. This included a complete CRM migration from our previous systems with careful handling of historical data and business logic.

Beyond the CRM, the scope included building a full customer-facing portal, website migration and redevelopment, advanced forms, lead capture and routing logic, email marketing infrastructure, help desk and Service Hub implementation, and a scalable knowledge base. They also delivered custom API integrations and programmable automation to connect HubSpot with external tools and internal systems.

In practice, the scope covered virtually everything required to operate our business inside HubSpot, from marketing and sales through to service, operations, and long-term scalability. HubXpert acted not just as implementers, but as technical and strategic partners throughout the entire build.

The most immediate and measurable outcome was the successful delivery of a fully functional, production-ready client portal and HubSpot CRM ecosystem that now operates as the backbone of our business. This replaced fragmented systems with a single, scalable platform that supports our current operations and long-term growth.

We now have a robust, end-to-end workflow covering lead capture, onboarding, service delivery, support, and ongoing client management, all operating inside HubSpot with automation and reporting in place. Internal efficiency, visibility, and data integrity improved materially as a direct result of this implementation.

Perhaps most importantly, the platform is not static. We are actively continuing to build and expand on the foundation HubXpert delivered, allowing us to develop a world-class telehealth solution in Australia. The architecture they designed enables ongoing iteration, new feature rollouts, and future integrations without rework.

The project is still evolving, but the outcomes to date are nothing short of exceptional. HubXpert have delivered a system that already produces real operational value and positions us strongly for the next phase of growth.
