We initially engaged Hyphen Digital Experience to conduct a design review of one of our key website pages (Tour Details), supported by a detailed briefing outlining our objectives, target audience and main UX challenges. Following this request, Hyphen presented us with a broader Digital Growth Partnership proposal, and we began holding weekly meetings to review outcomes, align on feedback and define next steps related to the original scope. In parallel, we requested additional refinements to several elements of our new website, including UI components and layouts, which have been addressed using the same structured, iterative methodology throughout.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main project phase has been successfully completed, with all planned deliverables delivered on time and exceeding our expectations.
