After a long search, found Impero IT through a recommendation by a mutual acquaintance. A face to face meeting to discuss the requirement was the deciding factor.

To convert our MS Excel based work manual into cloud based manual with enhancements and interactivity to result in a final closed file in PDF format. Allocate personnel to areas of work so that others cannot over-write.

We needed to design and develop a purchase order (PO) system for a self-storage warehouse.

We wanted a web portal that would post the PO process in our database, assign it to a less than truckload (LTL) carrier, and send a status notification to the customer.

Though we had some issues with FTP access, the application is working flawlessly.

They managed the project impressively, responding promptly and meeting all deadlines. We used Bitbucket as a code repository.

We had direct access to their project manager and developers, who provided detailed documentation.

They would benefit from improving their software testing process.
