They focused on a general analysis of the situation, gathering requirements, presenting design trends for the upcoming year, and conducting market research. They collaborated closely with our marketing team to identify our users' needs and understand how our solutions could assist them through design. 
Incode also performed quantitative and qualitative research with our audience to better understand their wants. Before proceeding to the design phase, they established clear acceptance criteria to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.
As soon as the criteria were in place, Incode presented the user flow and information architecture. After we approved these, they developed a prototype, which was then tested with our users. 
Following A/B testing with our audience, they finalized the design. We were impressed by their meticulous attention to detail at every stage, and we are thrilled with the final design, which we believe will greatly benefit our users.

This increase in NPS is a strong indicator of the positive impact the redesign has had on our user base, and we are very pleased with these results.

We are working on the project e2e. Incode works closely with our product manager and lead developer. We have developed MVP, soft launch version and full version of the desired application.

We are working with with one full stack developer, one QA engineer, backed up by project manger.

We've reached the project milestones with high-quality code in a timely manner. Once the project is on production, we are able to provide quick responds to any question or issue.

Communication is smooth, both in video calls and chats. They speak fluent English, and they are professionals.

The developer we work with is proactive, easily understands our requirements, always suggests ways to improve our system, and resolves issues.

Our team is growing but we were not able to hire more developers from Incode. Not easy to expand the team.
