We met Rohit on Upwork, he sent a proposal to our job post. We decided to work with him because of his experience, the analytics he submitted, and he has great communication skills.

Rohit was very diligent. He always submits the deliverables on time and he keeps us updated on the progress of the campaigns. Also, he was a great team player, he practices constructive criticism and we love that about him. He's open to revisions and hearing new ideas.

The use of Google applications for deliverables and Whatsapp as the first line of communication have been great. It was user-friendly for both ends and keeps communication faster and better.

Maybe double-check with the write-ups and ensure no recurring content. Also, practice proper punctuation, word choice, and sentence construction.

Currently, Incrementors is looking into all the errors found on my website. From there, we’re going to do competitive keyword research to see which types of keywords will give us the traffic we need. 

After that, we will evaluate the website’s content to determine what keywords to add. It will take a few months to see results — we probably won’t see any for another 3–4 months — so we’re in the waiting game right now. 

Incrementors doesn’t provide any other digital marketing services to me now, but I might use such services in the future. Meanwhile, I’m going to develop website content on my own.

I truly like working with Incrementors because they communicate with me every day. They give a weekly report on the website’s status and plans for the following week. My contact person is highly detailed and organized; he updates me regularly and lets me know his plan. 

How did Incrementors Web Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Incrementors’ project management is great. They deliver on time and stay within budget. In terms of tools, we mainly use emails. My contact person sends me my website’s analytics through various programs. For example, he takes a screenshot of the analytics and then sends it to me through chat or as an email attachment. To communicate, we use Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They can look at the entire website and evaluate all of its errors. They’ve been able to pinpoint everything that needs fixing. In fact, the person I work with has found expired domains within days, giving me a whole list to choose from — he’s quick in delivering information to me. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be nice if we could add web content to the website, but Incrementors doesn’t offer that service right now.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Incrementors’ resources are experts in SEO services. If you want to gain traffic in an affordable way, SEO is the way to go. I’ve done PPC in the past, but it’s expensive. By contrast, SEO campaigns are worthwhile and affordable. If you’re an Incrementors customer, go this route before checking out PPC.

Moreover, we work closely on the keyword research portion, during which they’ve further developed the keywords that we initially provided. Their team has also helped build our site on WordPress and apply the necessary adjustments to its theme and contact form.

We’ve seen a 40% increase in organic traffic for one of our clients back in 2020. For our most recent project, we haven’t had any real results yet, but I expect to see a 35%–40% increase in organic traffic as well.

Their project management style is excellent — they use effective tools, always keep me up to date in an Excel spreadsheet, and boast strong project management skills. The main tracking tools we use are Trello and Monday.com. For communication, we interact mainly through email and have conference calls via Google Meet.

IWS has been able to locate specific instructions and best practices from Google, the actual source. We now have a clear understanding of how our clients can best request reviews from their customers. 

Additionally, IWS has told us what we need to be doing exactly. Their work has refined our strategy moving forward so that we’re not doing something unproductive or harmful to our business.

IWS’ project management is excellent. We communicate through emails and Upwork’s messaging system. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

IWS is always available and reliable, and they’re very communicative. However, there has been one time when I’ve failed to understand what they are saying. Nonetheless, they are always there and have never stepped away. 

IWS has given us specific answers in a short time. I appreciate working with somebody that has a strong work ethic and doesn’t put people off. They are quick and eager to help.

I can’t think of anything.

Expect some communication issues because they’re in a different part of the world. As such, be as specific as you possibly can. If you have questions, make sure they’re presented as accurately as possible on your end.
