Key stages were completed, and the site moved from concept to a working build.

They ran the work in clear, checkpoint-based phases (theme selection → branded demo → homepage approval → build/setup), with short, direct updates and clean handoffs.

Regarding timing, the visible milestones moved forward steadily, and any drift appears to be tied to approvals/payment/access steps on our side. There’s no clear record of missed delivery dates, but exact due dates weren’t documented in what I reviewed.

Responsiveness: They answered quickly, offered options when decisions were needed, and adapted the next steps to our requests without friction.
