What specific goals or objectives did you hire Invero Solutions to accomplish for your food & beverage company?

We wanted to track sales accurately, from time to type of items sold. Then, we wanted to get a graph of that data.

SOLUTION

Can you describe the scope of work Invero Solutions handled for your F&B company?

Invero Solutions has created a POS system according to our needs. We needed this system immediately, and they've completed it within 30 days. The team has also integrated it with the Shopee Food system, allowing us to see real data for planning. Invero Solutions has built our POS system on a PWA website, so it can be accessed on any employee's device. The system includes a discount feature that's directly applied to the cashier, allowing them to recommend it to customers. Then, there's employee attendance with GPS, a payroll calculator with custom hourly rates, and product and stock management. Moreover, the system has a dashboard to view sales performance from various angles, such as hour, day, and employee. It can also generate dynamic QRIS from static QRIS and retrieve order history through Shopee Food integration.

We started working with Invero Solutions in December 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our staff productivity has increased, perhaps by 15%–20%. Our planning is aligned with the data in the application, and employee shifts are optimized thanks to data-driven decisions. Our staff has eliminated the need for manual record-keeping. They can enter transactions and generate QRIS for customers in one app. Moreover, we no longer need to log Shopee Food orders because the system automates them.We've also noticed improvements in sales accuracy and planning effectiveness after implementing the POS system because the data comes in real-time, from transaction data to weather data.

How did Invero Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Invero Solutions has delivered on time. We've communicated through in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Invero Solutions can build websites quickly. Luckily, we didn't need a lot of design work, so we skipped the interface design step. It seems like they're making very good use of AI. Moreover, Invero Solutions can handle custom needs, not just templates. I was a perfect fit because we connected during our conversations. I also gained insights from them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Invero Solutions may need to continue developing their internal systems, but they're indeed progressing in a positive direction.
