The Meaningful Life Center is a nonprofit website with a focus on providing educational materials via video, article, webinar, and e-books. We also operate an e-commerce and donation platform through our WordPress site.

For what projects/services did your company hire IT Path Solutions?

We needed to bring our website up-to-date within the digital marketing arena. We had many plugins that slowed our site down, and it was not mobile optimized.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to resolve plugin conflicts and optimize our website for online marketing and sales. We especially needed to improve on mobile since a majority of our users were using our site from their mobile and handheld devices.

How did you select this vendor?

They contacted me through Upwork offering a detailed proposal. After hearing their pitch, I spoke with two referrals. Both were very happy with the services they’d received.

IT Path Solutions were able to resolve all the bugs and conflicts on our site. They also optimized our website for mobile. They implemented many other recommendations to bring our website up to date. We continue to work with them on other projects.

What was the team composition?

Their team consisted of a project manager and a lead IT developer. I’m sure a few others were working behind the scenes as well.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our sales increased from the improved website. They provided great solutions to our problems.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Communication was great, and their team is so knowledgeable. IT Path Solutions did everything over a dedicated Skype group, which entailed chat and phone calls.  

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed by their response time and ability to resolve plugin conflicts.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Their hours of availability were tricky since I’m in New York and they’re in India. However, we managed fine.

We were working with a third-party client who had a management software written in ASP.NET. Because my team didn't have the necessary resources with this specific language, we hired IT Path Solutions to help us. 

What were your goals for this project? 

Our main objectives were to update the client's software, make numerous UI and database changes, and improve the functionality of the application.

IT Path Solutions assigned an ASP.NET developer to help us with all requests. They made sure that all of the work was of high quality and achieved the desired results.

I was in contact with a project manager, an ASP.NET developer, and occasionally the CEO.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

IT Path Solutions helped us a lot with this specific project. We were able to launch the application on time and even had some bonus features built in.

The communication was perfect, and I developed a great relationship with their project manager.

What did you find most impressive about this company?  

They produced high-quality work and stuck with the deadlines. What’s more, they had great communication.
