We were running ads for months and barely seeing any results. Our old website looked ok visually, but it wasn’t built for conversions. We wasted a lot of money and kept thinking the problem was our ads. After working with LeadyWaves, we realized the issue was the website structure and user flow. They redesigned our entire store with a conversion-first approach, optimized the product pages, improved messaging clarity, and created a smooth mobile experience. What impressed me most was the combination of great design taste and deep e-commerce understanding. He didn’t just make the site look better — he really understood the customer funnel and how to guide people from curiosity to purchase. I also appreciated that he has his own strong opinions and isn’t afraid to go to bat for what he believes will convert best, while still being respectful and collaborative. On top of that, he was trustworthy, very responsive, and consistently reliable, which made the whole project feel easy and low-stress.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LeadyWaves could have done differently?

Overall, we were very happy with the process and results, and there isn’t anything significant I would have asked them to do differently.
