Digital Marketing and online advertising. Our main goal was to promote the brand, to increase the footfall & improve the patient experience.

We were searching for an online digital market company to promote our brand, and then my friend informed me about the Levitation. The employees of the firm are too helpful and supportive. Moreover, they work professionally. Our overall experience is good.

Levitation was referred to us through a common connection. We decided to go with them because of their professional work ethic.

The scope of work entailed: 1. New and better looking website 2. To display all the information correctly. 3. Enabling a chat feature on the website Technology used was word press and the key delivered were based on the scope of work.

From the vendor’s two of the founders and three developers were working with us on the project.

The website was delivered on time. The vendor had shared a figma file with us where we could see live changes and comment on things we needed.

For project management, one of the founder was the project head and for communication, email and whatsapp group were used .

They were so professional and had great work ethics.

We are healthcare technology startup, which was helping hospitals and doctors in digitization of data. So we wanted to understand how to get leads from LinkedIn and create a proper brand presence online.

The strategy they had given was amazing as it covered social media, content marketing, seo and the use of google analytics. The strategy part was a success.

The workflow was effective and simple. They gave us access to their CRM which helped us see the progress of each step.

We hired Levitation company for handling and creating E commerce and website.. our goal was to make the website as interactive and unique as possible

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for a couple of companies, found Levitation the best because of its staff, they way the handle everything, the sense of understanding. We needed a team which could understand what kind of a website do we need, what are our goals, what all images and design we wanted and found Levitation the best out of all.

We had a kick-off meeting at the first after which we explained what all were out expectations and what all we wanted in our website, they assigned a team where in they could work to fulfill our expectations and come out with the beat results, they came up with certain suggestions regarding the website, no. of pages, what all can be the further additions including the time frame, the design, no. Of visitors, the location of map, etc.

Levitation team came up with different ideas, it was shown to the management first and we concluded one design out of all. They helped us with Google rankings, Instagram and Facebook handles, creating a whole e-commerce platform for TR constructios.

The project manager was our main source of communication along with him there were 2 back-end designers and developers who helped creat our website.

We saw a 75% increase in traffic, more no. Of walk-ins daily after we launched the website. Our sale started increasing, the nom of visitors on the website were increasing every hour. In all it was a great experience to work with their expertise team.

We had a couple of stand-ups in the beginning with the project manager, there after with the team to discuss the requirements in detail, after which we used Google meet where in they would update us about the progress and in case of any delays they would let us know before hand

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive was the design that they created, which was unique and new to us. They were patient enough to first understand our requirements and then teach us about what could be the maximum utilisation of the website. They helped our team with use of website and since it is an interactive website we could do some minor changes on our own which is indeed a great help.

No such errors that I could point out.
