We were Longhouse's client right when they started. We worked at optimizing website and SEO over time. Did many testimonial videos, promotional videos, online advertising and Social media site and website management (multiple posting per month, blog creation). At first, we only had a few online bookings per month. Now we have between 10 and 30 per month depending on the season.

Longhouse coompleted a study comparing our digital foot print compared to our local competition ( social media presence, SEO, Google mapping etc).  Since that time we have worked together to create content that can be used in paid Google and Meta ads.

I am always looking for evidence of a good R.O.I which can be hard to do. A digital marketing company can record digital data ( such as impressions clicks, etc), but that does not mean that we had new clients directly from any of our ads.  That said, just based on the volume of clicks of our phone number or clicks  via our ads on our clinic booking page, I can be quite confident that the work with Longhouse has brought in many new patients and re- activated past patients.

Longhouse Branding & Marketing has built our website from scratch. We’ve told them what we need, and they’ve built the bones of a beautiful website that delivers on everything we ask for. The website has interactive options, contact information, history about our organization, adoption profiles, and much more. The team has also taught us how to update the site ourselves and ensured that we know how to maintain it if we want to do so. Longhouse Branding & Marketing is responsible for the site's design and development. They’ve built every page and ensured each is functional and interactive.

The project started before I began working for LAPS. Although the website is completed and launched, we still work directly with Longhouse Branding & Marketing for hosting. We also work with them when the site needs maintenance beyond what we can do or when we need to add aspects to the site.

Longhouse Branding & Marketing has completed and launched our website. We’ve definitely seen increased website traffic. Our site now keeps our animal profiles on our website, so instead of visitors going to another website, they come straight to ours. That’s huge in terms of further engaging them for donations. We’ve also seen a big increase in donations and adoption inquiries after the new website launched.

Longhouse Branding & Marketing is very efficient. Everything is delivered quickly and efficiently. Even daily emails are responded to almost immediately; I have no idea how they do it.
