I hated this company unitl a nice young girl named Ellie became my POC. Before her for 2 months I was passed off twice as account managers were quitting and leaving Lyfe marketing. Tracking took a long time, and the guys I had before didn't follow best practices like they were supposed to...UNTIL ELLIE HOPPED ON MY ACCOUNT.

Different deliverables from each account manager. The first two were not very fun to work with, low energy, late to meeting, until I got Ellie. Ellie was great and saved face for lyfe marketing.

In the beginning, we learned exactly what were looking for in our approach to online fitness marketing. The next phase was creating ads through videos and editing. Next, we found ways to pick the ads for the business and used scheduled ad campaigns for effective ROAS. Lastly, engaging with future clients from messaging to comments to help them convert. As I successfully got clients attention on my business pages, the marketing learning phase officially worked for how I wanted to perform my ads and get users attention for conversions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As I went through every phase per month, I learned what works and what doesn't work. In the beginning, I didn't know what my account manager was going to do. I didn't know what the clients were going to say. And I didn't know if the ads would work. In turn, the success came from picking the right ads, posting at the right times, and keeping the ads open with a decent amount of ad spend per day. With those combined, I found a lot of engagement early on for one simple post. Saved money, time and effort as I learned what actually works.

My account manager was pretty good at teaching me how to organize the marketing campaigns for my business. What tools to use. How to schedule ads. And operate the system. With many different ways to market your business, I found what worked for me from what she suggested to me. They always delivered on the same day or the next business day if I had a question. They responded quickly with detailed notes and suggestions on whats best moving forward. And also was positive and encouraging.

They know how to talk with us. Answer your industry specific questions. Communication was top tier. Proposals was good from the start of it. And always was professional. Highly reccommend if your busy and you need some guidance on how to market your business. They told me how everything works in just 4 months!

Are there any areas for improvement or something LYFE Marketing could have done differently?

I think they could have improved on what works for my business more specifically. But I am also learning what works for my business at the same time. Sometimes, I would try something they didn't neccessarily think about and it would work. Like an ad for example. Sometimes they would suggest an ad that wouldnt really be effective for my industry. Almost like an example of an actual paid ad. Not an actual good ad. But I learned that it's practice and giving content or re-boosting ads that work well with a decent amount of ad spend per day. And one time we utilized a small ad spend for LYFE leads for a campaign. And that was not effective for me at all. Although encouraging and positive, but pre-mature and not effective. No comments, no engagement, no conversions, too low of ad spend, and wasted money. And we were both naive to that. So, I would say be more upfront with me. Soft spoken advice is good, but if its not effective, do not suggest it. That's a waste of time and money, respectively.

We just started our ads this past week, and we’ve had almost 10,000 impressions on Facebook and eight new bookings. We’re hoping to eventually get 20 bookings a day.We’ve also reached new members in our community that had never heard of us. People have commented that our new ads look great. We’ve also seen 10 more website visits and five new followers on Facebook.

We work with Briana (Social Media Manager), and she goes above and beyond to help us out. She makes sure the ads are delivered on time and makes changes quickly when asked. She always responds promptly. The quality of the ads is amazing and professional.

At the beginning of our project, we were assigned a different project manager. She wasn’t responsive and held things up. Luckily, Briana picked us up and caught us back up to the timeline we were hoping for to get exposure before the holidays.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am a retired professor. I have dedicated my life to learning about history, mystery, and the forgotten times of Latin America. You know, stories that will fade into oblivion if they are not remembered. Launching a YouTube channel with Latin Lore had absolutely nothing to do with growth and everything to do with preservation. However, the truth is, I had absolutely no knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. I didn't understand algorithms, reels, engagement, or strategy. I only understood the stories. Very quickly, I realized that knowing the past is not the same as learning how to reach people in the present. So, I partnered with Karoline and Lyfe. It was a great call. They didn't try to change my voice or turn Latin Lore into something artificial. Instead, they listened and showed genuine understanding, which made me feel confident in their approach. They took my YouTube content and transformed it into a consistent, high-quality presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with three times-a-week activity, engagement monitoring, and a clear strategy to attract the right audience. Not just random views, but people who actually care about history, mystery, and meaning. One of the most important things for me personally is that they manage the channel in three languages,Spanish, English, and Portuguese,something I never could have done alone. Because of that, Latin Lore is now crossing borders and reaching people I never imagined it would, which shows how effective LYFE's multilingual strategy can be for expanding your audience. I get results across all three languages on META. I can clearly see their strategy working. Reels are consistently the strongest format for reach and interaction, especially when the topics touch on mystery, investigation, archaeology, crime, and hidden geopolitical history. Stories like CIA operations in Mexico, vanished scientists, ancient stone alignments in Brazil, prison gangs, and lost treasures,these are the stories that are waking people up. So, this has helped me adjust my creation to reach a wider audience. Even the mission-driven quotes and historical facts, the idea of preserving memory, are building the identity of the brand exactly as they should, even if they grow more quietly. In Spanish, we're seeing steady traction as the pages increase. In English, we've already seen strong engagement on Facebook, with certain reels standing out. In Portuguese, the response has been potent, confirming that the audience there is deeply connected to this kind of content. None of this feels random. It feels intentional, tested, and guided by experience, which reassures me and makes me trust their expertise more. If you are a creator, a scholar, or a storyteller with knowledge and passion but no technical understanding of social media, I recommend Karoline and LYFE. They don't just manage platforms. They help stories survive and expand your reach.

History, as I always say, is written in layers, and thanks to the right team, Latin Lore is now reaching new ones. What I appreciate most is the peace of mind. At this stage of my life, I do not want to spend my days worrying about posting schedules, analytics dashboards, or whether a video performed well in the first thirty minutes. That mental space matters. It allows me to do what I have always done best: research, read, write, and reflect. While I am immersed in archives and forgotten documents, I know the work is still moving forward in the digital world. There is also something deeply human in the way they approach the process. We have conversations about meaning, about responsibility, about how certain stories should be told with care and context. Not everything needs to be sensationalized, and they understand that restraint can be just as powerful as spectacle. That balance is rare online, especially today. I have seen comments from young people discovering parts of Latin American history they were never taught, and from older viewers who feel seen because someone finally speaks about events they lived through or heard whispered about as children. That, to me, is success. Not virality for its own sake, but connection across generations. Latin Lore was never meant to chase trends. It was meant to leave a record. Thanks to the structure, discipline, and cultural sensitivity that Karoline and LYFE bring, this project now has longevity. It feels built to last. So if your work matters to you,if it carries memory, identity, or truth,find people who respect that weight. Because stories do not survive by accident. They survive because someone chooses to protect them.
