I sell digital products, which cannot be purchased twice. Shopify's main focus is on physical products, which stores would encourage customers to purchase multiple times. I needed a way to block multiple purchases and direct my customers to their Order History to re-download a product they already purchased.
Mandasa added two new "Download Again" buttons to the Quick View and fixed a broken link in the Product view (visible only when a customer was logged in to their account and had previously purchased a product). They tested the links and provided an unpublished Shopify Theme for me to view and publish when ready.

I was sent a link to the unpublished Shopify Theme. I tested everything on my end to verify it all worked. I then published that theme.

I also wanted my website translated into different languages. The challenge was that I wanted to have a ‘language switcher’ on my site so that I could select the language. They also managed this perfectly. I also wanted to understand the whole process so that I could do it myself in the future and they didn't hesitate to send me instructions with an explanation.
