We hired McKay Advertising + Activation to help us create our website, with the goal to reach several types of end users in a cohesive manner.

We had worked with the team at McKay on past projects with other companies.

We had weekly meetings to review and discuss the project.

We worked mainly with the developer and sometimes with the project manager and a coder.

McKay was able to help us simplify our message and brand into a cohesive and well presented website.

They provided weekly status meetings, but the whole team made themselves available at all times, especially at the end of the project when we were pushing to get the site finished.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had a few server issues on our end and the team at McKay went above and beyond to help us trouble shoot to push out the best possible outcome for our website.

We are a presenting company for national and international touring productions in Northeast Florida, and I work in the Marketing department.

We were looking for digital campaign management for our google and social media campaigns. We present over 30 productions in a season, and it was our goal to increase web traffic and conversions with strong attention to each campaign.

McKay Advertising + Activation manages all digital campaigns including ads via Facebook/Instagram, Google display, Google SEM and YouTube. In addition, they have implemented tracking via Google tag manager to ensure we receive accurate results. They provide an online dashboard that is customizable and can be accessed at any point to review how campaigns are performing. McKay Advertising + Activation also assists us with creative and copy changes. 

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We work with several team members including the Digital Accounts Director, Director of Paid Social, Executive Director of Performance Marketing & Analytics and the Graphic Designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have seen increased consistent traffic and sales over time, which has helped to fill the house and rely less on last minute sales.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We meet on a regular basis to discuss current and upcoming campaigns. McKay Advertising + Activation has my full trust, their team send ads for approval and begins campaigns in a timely manner. 

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team is very personalable and easy to work with. We are an arts organization and they understand all aspects of marketing theater and concerts.

We are very satisfied with their performance and don't have any recommendations for improvement.

Early in campaigns but have seen 50% increase in overall inquiries in most recent month.

Team utilizes bi-weekly virtual meetings, dashboards and ongoing email correspondance to keep campaign communicated and organized.

Their access directly to the individuals running campaigns ensures clear communication. Also, the direction achieved by our organization.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Original dashboard focused on measureables based on company definitions vs. our organization (i.e. conversions); remedied within first couple of months however could benefit from aligning definitions from onset.
