When I tried to ask and negotiated in different ways, they couldn't do anything. Moreover, the CEO hides himself. I emailed him and tried to contact him via phone. He doesn't respond at all. The team is scammer at all.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I guess more than ten different team members worked with me. There were different project managers. I rember about three different project managers at different times. There was one business analyst. There was another manager and owner called Arvind. There were about three webdvelopers at different times, there were another two app developers as well. There were testing team too. It is very difficult to remember the team member as there were different people talking to me at different time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As I saw until about 10% of the money left, it seems about 70% of the tasks were done. But, the rest 30% of the tasks seem diffuclt and the team couldn't understand it at all. That seems why they stopped talking to me at all.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Their project manangement style seems very poor. They have a platform where they post the complted tasks. Moreover, we used Skype for daily communication. They never accomplished the task on time at the time when they were communicating with me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There is nothing impressive about this company. The team includes freshly graduated students without any experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing suggest the clients is please avoid yourself from this fake company.
