The measurable outcomes from the project have been significant. The integration of the video interview feature enabled us to host interviews remotely without any technical disruptions, expanding our reach to a global audience of recruiters and job seekers. The real-time feedback system has led to noticeable improvements in candidates’ performance, as they were able to refine their skills based on actionable insights provided by recruiters. 
Additionally, the scheduling tool drastically reduced the time spent coordinating interviews, eliminating scheduling conflicts and improving the overall efficiency of the process. Overall, these features have streamlined our hiring process, enhanced user engagement, and contributed to a more effective and scalable platform for both candidates and recruiters.
