I’m the CEO and founder of LGS Home Tutor, an education company. We provide personalized home tutoring services for students from kindergarten to A-Levels, including IB and Cambridge courses. We offer support across all subjects and curricula to help students achieve academic success.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked with NetPurl for nearly three years, during which we used multiple services, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads management, Google Ads campaigns, and full website development. NetPurl handled a broad scope of work covering both marketing and technical aspects of our business. Their responsibilities included website design and development, ongoing website optimization, Meta Ads management, and Google Ads campaign setup and optimization. They also supported us with lead generation strategies, performance monitoring, and continuous improvements to ad creatives, targeting, and conversion tracking.As part of the website development, NetPurl delivered a fully responsive and user-friendly website with clear service pages, lead capture forms, and optimized landing pages designed for conversions. They implemented performance optimizations, basic SEO structure, and tracking integrations to support marketing efforts.For the ad campaigns, NetPurl managed Meta Ads and Google Ads, including audience targeting, campaign structuring, ad creatives, copywriting, budget optimization, and conversion tracking. Key components included lead generation campaigns, ongoing performance monitoring, and regular optimizations to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

NetPurl’s work showed strong measurable growth within a single month. The Meta Ads campaigns reached over 52,000 users and generated 485 messaging leads, resulting in an approximate 0.92% reach-to-lead conversion rate. Nearly 80% of these leads were new contacts, indicating effective audience targeting. The campaigns maintained a CTR of 1.78% and achieved high cost efficiency with an average CPC of around $0.09, significantly lower than industry averages. These results demonstrated consistent lead growth, improved engagement, and scalable performance.Moreover, these results improved key business metrics by increasing qualified inquiries and client acquisition while lowering the cost per lead. The consistent performance supported revenue growth and helped us confidently transition to an in-house team. As a result of working with NetPurl, we saw an approximate 25–35% increase in qualified client inquiries over time, along with a noticeable reduction in cost per lead. Client acquisition became more consistent, and overall revenue showed steady growth as campaigns were optimized and scaled.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were satisfied with the collaboration. If anything, more frequent strategic planning sessions during peak growth periods could have added extra value. However, NetPurl was always open to feedback and quick to adapt when needed.
