We stabilized the channel and made it easier to forecast. We now run around 50 active influencers per month and ship roughly 80 integrations/posts monthly across streamers and Instagram. The key performance metric improved as well, with a lower CPA per FTD, while keeping volume consistent and reducing the guesswork in what actually drives results.

Their project management was one of the weakest parts of our engagement. Deliverables were frequently delayed, and there were no structured timelines or accountability. They promised fast turnaround in the early meetings, but that was never followed through. We had to repeatedly follow up to get clarity on next steps.

Instead of proactively managing the project, they would often wait for us to raise issues or chase progress—only then would they send new forms or questionnaires that should’ve been requested earlier. This reactive style created unnecessary repetition, wasted time, and increased our workload.

Their internal misalignment often resulted in extended timelines and additional billed hours, which we were asked to pay for. Meanwhile, any delay on our side, even minor, was used to justify pausing work or shifting responsibility. There was no structured project plan or milestone tracking we could rely on.
