The scope of work covered the complete design and development of a hospital patient support system, from initial discovery to deployment. Nuance Infotech worked closely with our team to understand hospital workflows and patient needs and gave a practical digital solution.

The project included a patient facing mobile app that allows inpatients to raise service requests for nurse assistance, housekeeping and food ordering. Dedicated applications were also built for hospital staff to receive real-time notifications, manage requests, update statuses and close tasks efficiently.

A web based admin dahsboard was delivered to give hospital management visibility into requests, response times, and departmental performance. In addition, a canteen management system was developed to manage menus and orders. Nuance handled UI/UX design, backend and API development, testing, deployment and initial post launch support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the app was launched, we saw a noticeable drop in internal phone calls and manual coordination.
Response times improved since requests were instantly routed to the right department and could be tracked until closure.

The admin dashboard also gave use clear visibility into pending tasks and team performance, which we didn't have earlier. Overall, the main outcomes were faster service turnaround, better staff accountability and a smoother experience for patients.

Their project management was well structured and followed an Agile approach, which worked well for our hospital environment where requirements can easily evolve. They broke the project into smaller phases and shared regular updates. Most milestones were delivered on time and whenever ther was a minor delay they informed us in advance with proper reasoning.

They were always open to feedbacks. And communication was very consistent through scheduled calls and quick messages.

The most unique thing about this company is that in today's busy world, they actually took out the time to understand real hospital workflows rather than just focusing on technical development. They cared about our problem instead of just suggesting tech improvements.

It never felt like we were just another client for them, the team showed ownership and attention to detail throughout.

No, I think our overall experience was very positive and we are happy with how the project was delivered.

It also covered employee and trainee ID card issuance, a nursing orientation program, an employee handbook module, electronic committees management, innovation management, and an electronic clearance (exit) process. In addition, the system provided multiple supporting modules that enable employees to access essential services electronically, improving efficiency, transparency, and overall user experience.
