I'm a brand manager at Forbes Slovensko, a business magazine covering Slovak and global topics in economics, finance, and entrepreneurship. We feature analyses, rankings, interviews, and inspiring stories of successful entrepreneurs and companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Outloud?

We needed to set a functional brand system that could enable us to work effectively and in line with Forbes' DNA.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Outloud provided branding services. The team delivered a brand manual and ready-to-use templates for all Forbes products. They also defined Forbes' positioning and values.

Someone referred Outloud to us. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, their company values aligned with ours, and they had a high level of professionalism and had achieved significant results with previous clients.

We worked together from February 2025–February 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven't implemented the results into our strategy and daily business yet. However, we've noticed a shorter time to brainstorm new product identities and a more professional and polished visual language.

How did Outloud perform from a project management standpoint?

Outloud delivered on time. We primarily communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Outloud's high level of professionalism and constructive feedback was impressive. The team could argue all their decisions and support them with relevant points. I felt the sincere effort they put into this project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they could have done better.

I’m a senior product manager at Vicarius. We help IT teams manage and address CVEs (common vulnerabilities and exposures), improving security processes for over 800 customers in more than 65 countries.

What challenge were you trying to address with Outloud?

We were looking for a way to work on different projects that weren’t related to the core product we sell.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Outloud has built our admin interface, website, and social network platform. For the website, they’ve handled everything end-to-end. For the other two, we’ve given them the design and requirements, and they’ve delivered the product.

I don’t know how we found them, but I think they were referred to me.

We started working with them in October 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

We don’t have any measurable outcomes.

How did Outloud perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through virtual meetings. Outloud’s project management is good; they deliver on time. To track progress, we have regular updates and a shared Asana project.

It’s easy to communicate with Outloud. Their service is good; we feel like they’re another team in our company. They also respond fast.

I am the Head of Digital Transformation at OVB Allfinanz Slovakia. We operate in the financial services industry, providing long-term and comprehensive financial intermediation tailored to individual client needs. OVB is one of the leading companies in financial services across Europe.

What challenge were you trying to address with Outloud?

We engaged Outloud to help transform our entire company ecosystem. This is a large-scale project with several modules, aiming to create a state-of-the-art system for both our agents and clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Outloud is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of several key modules within our AERO digital ecosystem. Their work included analysis and co-creation of the solution architecture, backend and frontend development, system integrations, and ongoing iterative improvements. Deliverables comprised multiple functional modules supporting our internal network and clients, integration with existing core systems, and the gradual transformation of legacy processes into a modern, scalable digital platform. Outloud worked closely with our internal teams, acting as both a development partner and a strategic contributor to our digital transformation.

The project has delivered tangible progress in modernizing our digital ecosystem. Key modules are now actively used across the organization, leading to improved efficiency, data transparency, and user experience. This work has also established a scalable foundation for our future growth.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive aspect was the people working on the project. The Outloud team combined strong technical skills with a deep understanding of our business needs, demonstrated real ownership, and communicated clearly and proactively. Their mindset and flexibility made the collaboration feel like working with an extension of our internal team rather than an external supplier.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As Outloud grows, they are also evolving as a company. We have observed continuous improvements in project management and people management over time. With growth comes greater responsibility, and continuing to strengthen these areas will be important as projects scale.

Outloud guided our product from rough wireframes all the way to deployment of the robust web application. While the product was an MVP the development included many robust features.

• We went from no product and only an idea and rough wireframes all the way to deployment of a well designed and functional product that is already being used in schools within 6 months.

Communication was great, and our ambitious timeline was met. Real time conversations on Slack moved us quickly through any sticking points.

I searched online and found Martin's portfolio

we started with branding, Outloud needed to understand the customer so we went through couple intense workshops. Branding ended as huge success. After we jumped in to UX/UI of our App. Right now we are pivoting from the previous MVP (which is typpical i guess...) and Martin is on fire doing his magic!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are having positive feadback from potential customers. Outloud perfectly reflected on the vision that we had. Dezign is very user-friendly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow from the Outloud side was great. Many times it was on hold from our team. Outloud work fast.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The designs they delivered are better than I could imagine. He is very user oriented and understands the behavior well. He have my trust.

There is always space for improvement, at Outloud I havn't found specific area yet.
