At Overhaul we do not run campaigns. We do however create brands and websites for our clients. We need support in digital marketing, planning and executing campaigns.

We hired Parilon to plan and execute on various digital campaigns, primarily in PPC.

What were your goals for this project?

The various campaigns has a mixed bag of objectives. Generally speaking to create the best return possible wether that's awareness, leads, sales, etc. Achieve the highest conversion rate and lowest spend possible.

It was a referral from a colleague. After a few discussions and smaller trial campaigns we chose to work more and more with Parilon.

Parilon helps crystalize our campaign ideas into something actionable and proven. Parilon helps scope campaigns, from pricing to process, reporting and execution.

We work with Lowell primarily.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Parilon ensures all campaign work is successful, rationalized and does a really great job educating us and our clients on the discipline.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very. Parilon is always quick to respond and meetings are very fruitful.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The depth of knowledge and ability to explain things to just about anyone was impressive.

Nothing I can think of.

Parilon provided our nonprofit a better foothold on digital marketing for growth, funding, and greater community engagement. They were able to better target our demographic around our service areas and build on our AdWords campaigns and Facebook media management.

For what projects/services did your company hire Parilon Digital?

We were looking to better reach community demographics outside of the metropolitan areas we serve, to better serve smaller communities that needed help.

The marketing strategy involved targeting key regions that we understood required our services but are more difficult to reach. We were also able to better analyze our data and make more strategic decisions based on digital marketing trends involving our organization.

What were your goals for this project?

Maximize presence in smaller communities we provide services to and to generate more usable data involving our target audiences.

Parilon has a extensive track record with other partner nonprofits in our community and they came from a recommendation from very successful nonprofits in our community.

Parilon was able to audit and expand on our current digital marketing strategies, while taking charge in spearheading new and improved avenues of marketing within our budget.

What was the team composition?

Parilon worked closely with internal managers and interns to both provide mentorship and leadership in developing and managing digital media that was new and more complex than our internal team was used to, they worked in a effective manner that made sure whatever is implemented would be able to transition internally and continue to provide ongoing results

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen a steady increase in outreach and engagement from rural areas of target. Our website and marketing materials have been steadily receiving more viewers and our newsletter has had record subscription.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Having a nonprofit with mainly part time positions, Parilon has been very accommodating in working with our limited schedule to provide best workflow and teamwork.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their management and team is well versed in their expertise and are very good at understanding the requirements and goals for our digital marketing needs. They work well within our limited budget and deliver more value than expected for their services.

Are there any areas for improvement?

So far, we've been working very well with this team and have been improving beyond expectations of the services agreed on.

We hired Lowell @ Parilon Digital to help audit a clients website to help improve their conversion funnels; and to develop a PPC campaign to utilize that same optimized funnel.

What were your goals for this project?

To increase the bookings for the client, and reduce wastage in their original PPC strategy.

Lowell is trustworthy and knowledgeable, a quick phone call illustrated he had a good grasp of our goals, and could execute.

Lowell has saved our client over $500 per month in wastage, and also helped optimize their booking funnel.
