A small area to improve was adding a bit more structure at the very start - clearer onboarding steps, a weekly planning cadence, and tighter documentation of tests and learnings. We were organizing our 4th Repower Charity Dinner at the wonderful Vasa Museum. We had to sell 320 places. Compared with the previous 3 events, it was a big challenge for us to gather x2 guests, those supporting Ukraine and willing to come for this event. 
We had a previous experience with LinkedIn advertisement on our own, and it was not efficient, but this time we decided to ask for professional help, and they advised to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core. Prok Tech has created a call-to-action message and a group of possible 300 guests for the dinner and automatically sent them private messages. It was quite a short notice before the event, so many active people couldn't join because of the date. But we had some purchased Linkedin tickets and the most important - we managed to reach many more people for our further collaborations!

Over the course of the project, Prok Tech sent around 1,000 LinkedIn connection requests on our behalf, which resulted in 245 new connections (≈25% acceptance rate) and 48 replies (≈5% response rate). This led to several concrete partnership discussions and five signed collaborations. We now regularly meet new partners at events who already know Old Press from LinkedIn, which confirms the long-term impact on brand awareness.

What challenge were you trying to address with Prok Tech?

 We needed help generating qualified B2B leads in the MENA region, focusing on branding and design decision-makers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Prok Tech has been responsible for setting up and managing our LinkedIn lead generation campaigns. Over the course of three months, they handled weekly outreach of around 200 connection requests, resulting in 232 total requests sent, with 129 accepted (55.6%). We received 27 replies, of which 13 were qualified and relevant. This process ultimately led to one closed deal during the collaboration. Their scope of work has included prospect research, outreach messaging, campaign management, and weekly reporting.
