The game is a single user game which is to be played against the computer or the AI. The rules are simple and requires users to win against the AI. If the user wins he is advanced to the next level which is more challenging. I made all the logics and the rules of the game. The design also carried my inputs and suggestions. First, they drafted the UI and made an empty app with no logic. Then they developed and coded the game engine. It came all together slowly.

I would say about 3 developers worked on this game. I interacted with their leader. I am not aware of the positions. I provided them all the logics, rules and the strategy. These people made the game screens, did the art work and coded the game. They also did the quality testing along with myself.

The game was built as expected. At first, I found it a tad easy so I told them to make it more difficult. It is difficult for beginners. Once you get a hang of it you can win sometimes. My friend is addicted to it although she cannot win against the AI at higher levels.

I and my partner have founded a company that provide influencers on demand to companies looking for one. We started out to make a product that would allow anyone to hire an influencer for even one tweet, an insta story or a short video.
The product read app would provide a holistic approach to influence marketing channel. We have the full scope defined carefully in a nice document and were searching for an agency to make a working app out of it. We on boarded Promatics to bring in their expertise on Flutter and Node.js and hammer out a solution that we can take to the market.
Our focus was to build a unique UX that not just enchants the user but is also easy to use and have a minimalistic approach. Our vision was to take the best of features from popular on demand services apps but at the same time use a fresh approach to the on demand space.

Promatics was our second choice when we were shortlisting vendors from India. Our preferred company was slow in responding and gave a higher quote. My partner wanted to go with them however I was not sure of their design skills. We talked to their CEO and decided to take the plunge after he made a strong case for Promatics. Thankfully we are not regretting today haha.

We were clear we needed a prototype first to gather feedback of the prime influencers on our list. Naturally they were asked to do the full UI of the app screens initially. This took more time than we envisioned because so many changes were done.
The UI slowly got evolved as we gave more ideas and remarks on each iteration. After two months of starting we were finally happy with the UI prototype that they developed. I would like to thank Shubham here. He is very patient and knows his field. The prototype received some major feedback from our beta users. We again requested them to make changes in the flow of the app.
That took down one more month. We were already behind schedule so we asked them to start development ASAP. Any minor changes would be addressed later. The Flutter developers were quick and agile. The full app was ready for us to review by November.
We and our few key influencers played around with it rigorously. It is encouraging to see the live product after months of hard work. We are actively working with them to improve the product.

So, we had an account manager, a senior UI expert, two senior flutter developers, one nodejs developer and one react developer. That said they told us the work is quality checked by a QA every time it is submitted to us on Asana. Our account manager Rahul was good to work with. He kept hold of the project together with so many things being going on simultaneously.

The progress was visible once we had the full prototype submitted. That gave us the confidence that we are on the right track. The full app delivery in Nov is testimony of the completion.

Communication was not an issue and we were on zoom calls almost every other day. To be honest there were disagreements on many points during the development and at times we lose our cool but the team came back stronger.
At the end of the day they eventually use to impress us with their work.

After having worked with Promatics for a few months I can definitely say they are a bunch of diligent and honest guys. Their persistence is something that leaves you impressed.
The team members allotted to us were patient, cordial and had a sense of good design. A sense of good design is something not every developer has and that made a lot of difference to our app.

They can improve upon their accounting practises as it can be confusing to some from Europe.

We found Promatics via an online search. They provided us a detailed proposal and the architecture diagram for the solution they proposed. The price was very competitive and the overall quality of the proposal had an impact on our team and we decided to go with them.

The first thing was to salvage all the data from our existing website. Our existing website was in a mess since it was managed by a local developer. We did not have any documentation for it so it was left to Promatics to understand the code and extract all our products, orders and customer information. Then they build a new website on Magento and mobile apps on React Native. The data was then imported to the new website and it was made live. It was important for us to make sure our customers do not encounter any issues at all. There a small outage time during the transition.

We worked with Raj and he was our go to guy for all the updates. His tech skills assured us we are in good hands. We did not speak with any other guys apart from the accounts department for admin purposes. We needed someone who could adapt to our evolving requirements. We floated a RFP which was responded by some major agencies. We selected Promatics based on the proposal they presented, case studies and overall understanding of the project. The cost was not the cheapest out there but was also not higher than the average bid we received.
Their CEO was very patient who met us on a few con-calls and walked us through their project development lifecycle. We trusted him and honestly, they exceeded our expectations.

We were searching for a team with very high technical expertise in location based services specially Google Maps API. That is because our product is focused on providing features that intensely utilises it. Our apps are a great tool for a manager or a supervisor who is supposed to monitor a team of people who are on the move throughout the day.
Think of a UPS manager who has to track the delivery personnel and minimise the time spent delivering packages by a driver in a particular block. We outsourced the whole full stack development (React JS, MongoDB and React Native mostly) along with the UI design of the product to them. They also were responsible for developing microservices APIs and integrating third party APIs.

The project manager was in constant touch with us. Every month the delivery head checked upon us to see if things were going as planned. We do not interact with developers much but they were seasoned guys judging from the work we have received. During the course of development, they had a bit of staff turnover. That did not halted things as the replacements were fine in general. It would have been great if the same team crossed the finish line that started the race.

The pilot we have started looks promising. We did not have any major bugs. The minimalistic design looks awesome and the features work well during the different use cases we have applied. We plan to build a phase 2 with added functionality and features that will spruce up the app.

We have worked together on a multi-month project and they consistently over-deliver on each step. When we boarded them, we expected some cultural differences and thus lowered our expectations. Website based on Angular technology and mobile apps on Flutter.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I found them via Clutch. It took us about 2 months to select them as our tech agency for building our product. We have shortlisted 3 agencies out of several interviews and chose to work with Promatics. I appreciate the fact that they are very well organized. The way they took up our requirements and broke down the whole project in different sprints won us over.

A platform for corporates to coach and improve the skill of their employees, share ideas and build a strong community all together in one place. The aim of the platform is to enhance organization capability through skill upgrades and behavioural training interventions. The website and apps will have certified coaches who will provide video classes to the employees of any organization.
Coaches are selected through our rigorous selection process. Organizations can buy quarterly and monthly subscriptions which provide access to a fixed number of video hours of training. There is also other learning material that the employees can consume passively. The flow of the platform is as such that it requires very little human intervention.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I do not know the technical aspects or who worked on different sections of the platform. I communicated with a project manager. His way of managing tasks was thoughtful. I can say the team's work ethics were great and they house a skilful bunch since what I got in the end left me satisfied.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
If we talk about technical skills, they can handle it very well. I was very happy with the final output and would love to work with them again.

I am not tech savvy, so having someone walk me through the whole process was very helpful.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are the kind of guys who will update you that: hi you mentioned this, and we've been thinking... which is awesome because it means Promatics is putting in the efforts to fine tune the whole thing which is rare these days.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Well there are always ups and downs when you do something new but we worked together to solve all issues.

A marketplace app that lets users post used computer hardware parts. We have professional accounts for shops that can post hundreds of listings in one go. The app allows buyers and sellers to interact and trade, they can submit offers and barter for goods.
The app also allows users to watch IT hardware videos, make posts on the bulletin board, and leave ratings and reviews. The app is designed to foster loyalty with users getting points for everything they purchase.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I discovered Promatics through their blog on marketplaces and initiated communication. I was looking to build a community marketplace for computer parts and electronics and they had built marketplaces before. I liked a few case studies presented to me and I was impressed with their recommendations.

I know my app involved complex backend functionalities and database usage with intelligent logic implementation. This platform has abilities to recommend sellers and products based on proprietary logics. I provided their team with our designs for the platform. The designs were built by a firm here in Texas. I wanted them to bring these designs to life exactly as they were.
Promatics assembled a team of really talented engineers who built my app within the specified time period. I was afraid that the quality and the sharpness of the designs would be compromised during the development however they did full justice to the last pixel. It is safe to say that the apps' usability and sustainability were hugely improved because of all the excellent recommendations they provided.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Promatics provided a dedicated project manager who was supposed to get the app built for me. That person was replaced within 6 weeks as he fell sick. The new person was better than the first one. He was receptive to my feedback and offer proactive help. From what I experienced they had ample back up and qualified assets to be added or replaced if something goes wrong. That is comforting to know.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
They developed the app in line with my specs. From development to testing, they quickly delivered the required services reaching project milestones. I have a good feeling about the release. I am now working with them on go-to-market and digital marketing strategy.

Interactions with them were professional and efficient, they take all challenges sportingly.

There's no disconnect between the sales process and the end delivery. They are honest and the customer service is very personal. Last but not the least the cost-benefit ratio is amazing.

There's really nothing to say. They did not give me a chance to doubt my decision.

Local service providers are often left high and dry by the existing marketplaces and the fees that they charge. The market is skewed towards customers way too much. We are addressing this challenge. The project was awarded on the built operate and transfer model. The vendor was responsible for creating the design and code it up. They were responsible for setting up the IT infrastructure as well. The project involved building the sign-ups, profiles creation, search engine, vendor profiles, calendar, etc. The apps were spearheaded by a project manager who sequentially delivered the design of the apps first and then developed it.

We spoke with the project manager frequently and the quality analyst. The project manager seemed well informed. He had experienced in building such apps for others as well.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The project was demonstrated to us upon completion. We found the app quality to be good. We tested the app and it worked well. The control panel they built for us is very user friendly too. The outcome definitely is what we envisioned.

I would say there were some issues regarding communication initially. We raised this to the guy we closed the project with. He got that fixed. We did not face the same problem thereafter.

They understood our requirements deeply. Some of the features that are now in the app were as per their recommendations and we can now see why they were so required. That is something very good about them.

Yes, spoken English is something they can work upon. Understanding their accent can be difficult at times.
