My name is Kirill Domoratsky, I am the commercial director at DPD company. We are one of the largest providers of express delivery of goods both in Belarus and to Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia and outside the Eurasian Economic Union. For what projects/services did your company hire Seologic, and what were your goals?

We contacted Seologic to promote our services on the Internet market. Moreover, to promote effectively. We needed to improve the website position, develop tags, create new pages, increase external links, and also promote our company in social networks. We had only one ultimate goal — to attract users to our website, on Facebook and Instagram, as well as to increase the conversion of visitors to buyers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We’ve been looking for an appropriate company for several months. There are many Internet companies in this niche market, but you never know exactly which agency will really help. We chose Seologic based on reviews on the Internet, as well as on the reviews of our partners, who have promoted with them earlier.

First, we personally met with the company's employees and told them about our services: what we do, what markets we work in, why we want to promote and etc. They then developed a website optimization strategy as well as a social media strategy.

Honestly, the employees did an incredible job: they analyzed competitors, target audiences, developed content, rearranged headlines, redesigned articles, picked specific keywords, launched and successfully ran a PPC campaign, and brought our Instagram and Facebook pages to life. We absolutely got our money's worth 😊.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were many people in our team: programmers, SEO and SMM specialists. I also talked with a targeting specialist, a front-end developer, and discussed questions with a copywriter and designer. But I would like to express my gratitude to our manager for supervising the whole process and answering questions of interest to me at any time.

Thanks to a responsible approach and professionalism, most of the promoted queries, as a result of fruitful work, are included in the TOP-10. Pages on social networks have received a new life, an increase in the number of subscribers, as well as user engagement.

We liked the approach and work of Seologic specialists in general. All results were achieved on time, deadlines weren’t broken, and if any problems arose, the manager promptly solved them.
