Unlike traditional brokerages, we never represent landlords, eliminating conflicts of interest and ensuring our clients receive objective, tenant first advice. Our clients include office, medical, and industrial tenants throughout San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, Inland Empire, Oakland, Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as select multi market assignments across California.

Our story is simple: give small and midsize businesses the same leverage as large corporations,unbiased advice, deep local market insight, and tough negotiation, with our fee paid by the landlord, not by you.
At most firms, once you sign, you’re handed off to another broker,often a junior. At Shelton & Associates, you work directly with me throughout the transaction.
